I lost 20lbs, gained 7lbs muscle mass, recover well, working physically hard and just needed help with the 4:00 crash. I believe it was from a calorie deficit so started with 5 amino 1 mq. I then tried MotsC but still got the crash so thought SS31. I have enough for the protocol but the crash feeling was a concern because I need to perform physical remodeling houses, so I stopped. I did try NAD+ but still got the evening crash. I do eat plenty of protein and have taken supplements as well. I should add that I am 62, but I start feeling great then crash… So, I tried LipoC and glutathione at the clinic and WOW! felt great for a couple weekly jabs, maybe the creatine?
Maybe doing too many peptides? Maybe SS31 with MotsC is a better protocol with NAD? I have been trying 1 at a time to see what works? Glutathione maybe start back with it? Any insight in your research would be welcomed…
