I'm still trying to find my rat the right bedtime cocktail.
I've tried Epitalon with no results, doing DSIP now, it really relaxes my rat but doesn't put him to sleep.
Planning on giving the two other suggestions a shot after the cycle is over.

DSIP helps with slow wave Delta sleep but your subject may have more issues in endocrine/circadian rhythm regulation which is where Pinealon may offer better benefits.

I also didn’t notice improved sleep with sermorelin or CJC/Ipa.

I am sleeping better, but there are a bunch of lifestyle and other changes and researches that could collectively explain it.

But as far as the Tesa/Ipa goes, I take 1mg/.3mg about 20 minutes before bed. I don’t eat for at least 2 hours before.

For example, I just finished a run of pinealon... didn't do much for me. On the other hand, Epithalon was epic for my sleep. As you can see above, @<bdi>randy</bdi> has a completely different (and very positive) experience with pinealon. So don't get disheartened if your wife has her own personal set of responses to such things... keep on trying and you'll find the ones that work for her

It is a bioactive tripeptide synthesized from Glutamine, Asparagine, and Arginine that can have a big impact on sleep quality. It works by targeting the pineal gland which produces melatonin and regulates circadian rhythms which can potentially improve sleep quality. It is also neuroprotective, and has a major role in managing the endocrine system which affects growth, moods, metabolism, injury and stress responses, reproduction, and energy. My research subjects have had good results on 300mcg subQ. I also recently switched administration to nasal with even better improvements.

Light sleeper here. Most nights was averaging 3 - 4 hours interrupted. But when I introduced DSIP, eventually fell asleep, it kept me asleep. The falling asleep was a struggle, so I added Selank into my research stack, it was a game changer. Some researchers experience groggy/fogginess in the AM from DSIP from what I've read, but that hasn't been my experience thankfully.
