<![CDATA[Crazy dosages MOTSc and 5 Amino]]>So today when I was working I had YouTube on. Someone that I used to listen to, until I found out that he lies about things, popped up as the next video to play. He is suggesting that people take 10 mg PER DAY of MOTSc paired with 50 mg of five amino1q. I stopped it and replaced it because I thought I heard it wrong and I was only half listening. In the first place who could afford that and in the second place that is way too much of both of those Peptides!

Went up to 2mg a day and feel no difference. I will finish the week at 2mg a day and take a week off and go back to 1.33mg a day.

My experienced suggestion is to consider starting low, with several days gap between pins, and titrating up as is appropriate for the research subjects specific situation and needs. I am 99% optimized and for me 2.5mg MOTS daily, "forever" is great and I have zero ISR. Having a firm grasp on why YOU are using the MOTS determines a dosing protocol for YOU.

I ran 50mg 5-Amino subq, daily, for several months, and dropped it to 25mg daily, and noticed no difference so am staying here for now. I supplement that AM pin with 100mg oral 5-Amino with lunch. Keep in mind its' relationship with NAD+, I pin both consecutively to allow the 5-Amino to work it's magic with the NAD. If you don't understand this, you should.
