So we're still at the same point as the beginning, no one recognizes what you are claiming to have happened. And if you look at the reviews on the discord, they were made long before you made this thread.

You've moved the goalposts three times now, that tells me more about your endgame than anything else. It started with a claim no one can verify, evolved into critiquing my business based on personal taste, and now we're questioning my community's integrity. The market disagrees with you, apparently there's a small army out there feeling the opposite.

Has to be the least amount of detail in a "detailed takedown" ever. I was actually calling your operation unimpressive and unsophisticated.

You don't have to look far in this space to find grifters who do the absolute bare minimum, and the average surface-level, inexperienced customer thinks they are getting a great value. I think it's important to call this out and educate the community.

But I will say your community response to the thread was strong, the call to action in your Discord worked! Speaking of that, I noticed all the 5-star reviews that keep flowing in and knew there had to be an incentive at stake.

I hope they are all "actual customers" sharing their real experience. Not just people hunting for a discount code. I know you're sensitive about the credibility of reviews...

And also, Lets not forget, we are talking about ordering from overseas. Customs seizing packages happen, unfortunately we're not the postal service nor customs agents.
But we always reship or refund, and thats a hard policy.

That said, the unlabeled kit is what really doesn't add up for us. We don't send anything out unlabeled — every order that leaves our warehouse has the standard product code on it. And the only group buy we've been directly involved with was run by Ava, who personally hand-labeled every single kit before they went out. So whether this was a formal GB or just friends going in together, the unlabeled vial claim doesn't line up with anything on our end. Along with claims that we supposedly wasn't helpful identifying the kits.
Take a look at our discord and you'll see how oiled the machinery is.

It does make you wonder if this was even connected to us at all.

You want to speculate about our margins, our warehousing decisions, our capital structure? Go ahead. But let’s be clear, you’re dressing up guesswork in business language and presenting it as due diligence. You don’t know our operations, our partnerships, or what we have in the pipeline. You’re working with a snapshot of a stock page.

Here’s what we do know: multiple actual customers jumped into this thread (and in the reviews) and their experience directly contradicts yours. The group buy organizer meaning the person at the center of the situation you’re so passionate about, doesn’t even recognize your version of events.
So what are we actually resolving here? Because from where I’m sitting, the legitimate customer service question got buried the moment you decided to pivot to armchair consulting.
If you have a real order, a real issue, contact us directly with the details and we will handle it. That offer stands for anyone in this thread with a genuine concern.
But we’re not going to keep debating our business model with someone who isn’t a customer by the looks of it.
