Nexaph 5-amino-1-mg

I've never seen Janoshik give a purity for 5-amino. Its such a small molecule i don't believe they can. Chromate does and can.

Im currently researching that exact batch of 5amino.

So. I was going to.purchase some 5a1mq and then it seemed like you had to get some kind of a certificate in order to buy from them. Is that you all's experience too?

I have 5-amino-1mg on the way. Research dosing seems to be all over the place from mcg to hero doses. My rat has a bmi of 34 so I assume there is no need to micro dose with that high of fat content. Can any recommend a starting dose for my rat or point me to appropriate literature?

My rat had a bad full body histamine response to the 5-amino I got from Nexaph. ISR within minutes, 10 mg was pinned. The rat has a history of histamine intolerance and takes anti-histamines daily. It wasn’t the bac water because nad+ and Reta was reconstituted at the same time, with the water, and they have zero issues with them.

@MyB I've been doing 25 mg of the same batch a day.

I get a histamine reaction from five Amino intermittently.. and I mean a pretty bad ISR. I have found the more diluted the less the reaction.

Thank you @myb for your post report Been pinning 50mg daily of this pep. I just bought the same batch as you, grabbed a vial from it to test for ISR after the two posts above, all good, zero ISR. So much individual variability!

@myb I have a bunch of that batch as well. I haven't started using it yet, but I did sent three vials out for independent testing (I didn't like Janoshik's lack of purity testing). Came back 99.7% pure. Also ran heavy metal and sterility testing... came back clean on those too.
