    @brandenscheidecker I suppose it depends upon on your dose; mine is quite small and a vial lasts me a while. I'm not saying it's for everyone, but someone made the point that the kit is all inclusive, that's all.

    Don't forget to also adjust your TDEE. I reevaluate mine every month to make sure I'm staying in a calorie deficit with my weight loss. It's easy to forget. But hang in there, you got this. I just restarted my compounded Tirzepatide this past week after being off of it since my lost pin, April 22nd. Making sure the mass I have in my neck wasn't cancerous and turns out to be a benign tumor, so all my Docs cleared me to start back. Also, try going for a 20 minute walk after dinner.
