The "ghetto" Reta Stack. Tirz + Survo/Maz
-
@pep_researcher How are you doing on this?
I have MazD and will be starting it Tues. Pinning Tirz on Sat.
@F8hnGM4Eva Missed this question.
Rat is doing fine. The scale isn't moving very fast but rat has been weight training with a trainer, hitting more protein, and recently a bunch of people told that
has shrunk a lot. So
is not paying much attention to absolute values on scale.
can also lift a lot more than a few months ago. -
For those on the ghetto reta, tell me what I should do. I'm playing with 6mg tirz and 2.4 survo. Ever since I started upping the survo my food noise is back and I'm eating more (probably getting close to 2000 cal, I'm 6'3, 308 lbs, was 376 in Jan). I don't like that the food noise is back. Do I up the survo or up the tirz to get rid of the food cravings? Previous week I lost 5 lbs, this last week I didn't lose any. I have a long way to go.

@Hammertime65 you could up tirz and back off survo. I have read the survo can increase hunger.

@mhf Blends are not recommended in case of GLP-1s. You can stack separately. It has something to do with individual compound's pH and interactions.

@Hammertime65 It's definitely not your imagination. I started survo last week at 0.6 with tirz 8 to 10. I am ravenous sometimes with a real sweet tooth. Food noise never stops! Very weird. Other than that, I feel no different and still in stall. I'm just going to hold here and see what happens with the survo and not up the dose. I have no itch at all. Someone in post above said magnesium helps eliminate itch and I can vouch for that because of Re-Mag; it's the best around and not cost prohibitive; 1/4 to 1/2 TEAspoon per liter of H2O, take that seriously. I inject Tirz on Thurs and Survo on Friday. I'm worried that if I wait until day 3 or 4 after the Tirz titer drops, then do the Survo, my hunger will get out of control. I'm okay so far. Just waiting to see what happens. Good luck.

@Eleanor @hammertime65 Interesting about food noise. My experience is different.
I've been researching 5mg Tirz + gradually upped Survo to now 1.2mg stack for over a month now. I'm glad that my hunger is back because on 10mg Tirzepatide research I was miserably starving and fatigued. On this stack even though my hunger is back, I can't eat a lot. I get full very quickly.
My weight has moved only a little, but I've decided to not obsess over it, take it easy as I'm not in an obese zone anymore.
Will switch to Reta after these Tirz and Survo vials are done. That will be the first time me jumping on Reta for a serious research after 6 months on tirz.

@pep_researcher I get full easier too, but I get hungry more often. It's real odd. I didn't feel that way when I was strictly on Tirz.

@Eleanor Oh okay. I somehow have naturally shifted to 2MAD.
