Yeah this one is real. The desire to date goes out the window anytime I pump myself full of GLP's.

Id start following the phase 3 trial guidelines. Some will say you can start higher but you will likely experience the skin sensitivity that way. Another option is to add cag or maz/survo for the "ghetto reta" stack (my favorite).

Have you tried other GLP's from vendors like Nextchems Retatrutide?

Apparently, Lilly recommends throwing out your used/opened Tirzepatide pen after 30 days. How should the Mounjaro (tirzepatide) KwikPen be stored? Store an unused KwikPen in the refrigerator between 2ºC – 8ºC. Protect the medicine from light and do not freeze. After first use, patients may store their pen at room temperature up to 30 °C and dispose of it after 30 days. What are the recommended storage conditions? Store in a refrigerator (2 ºC – 8 ºC). Do not freeze.1 After first use, Mounjaro may be stored unrefrigerated for up to 30 days at a temperature not above 30ºC and then the pre-filled KwikPen must be discarded.1 An in-use KwikPen2 must NOT be stored with the needle attached, to prevent leaking, blocking the needle and air entering the pen. must be stored with the pen cap attached. The pre-filled KwikPen must be discarded after 4 weekly doses and must not be used more than 30 days after the first use.2 How should wholesalers, HCPs and pharmacies store Mounjaro KwikPen? Before first use, Mounjaro must be kept between 2°C and 8°C.1 The 30-day room temperature exposure allowance refers to the used pen, and wholesalers, distribution Centers, HCPs and pharmacies cannot use any part of this allowance.1 How should patients store the Mounjaro KwikPen in use when the room temperature is above 30°C? Once in use, the Mounjaro KwikPen can be stored at room temperature up to 30°C for up to 30 days. Patients should take the steps necessary to ensure that the Mounjaro KwikPen is not exposed to temperatures above 30°C during this time.3 If during the 30 day in use period, the Mounjaro KwikPen has been placed in the refrigerator, the patient may continue to use the KwikPen. Lilly has data to support that cycling the Mounjaro KwikPen between refrigerated conditions and room temperature conditions does not impact product quality during the 30 day in-use period.3 The Mounjaro KwikPen should never be stored with the pen needle attached. Storing the KwikPen with a needle attached may induce the formation of air bubble(s), which may affect dose accuracy.3 Throw away the KwikPen 30 days after first use, even though it has medication left in it.4 What is the shelf life of Mounjaro KwikPen? The shelf life is 24 months.1 How to interpret the expiry date on the package? The expiry date is stated on the pen label and on the carton after EXP. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.4

Currently researching Reta with a start at .5 mg/week then titrating by .25 mg each week. Currently researching Reta at 2mg once per week which seems to manage appetite and planning to research up to 4 mg of Reta weekly. Appetite control seems to fall off after a few days so started researching an additional research dose on day 4 each week @ .5 mg - with a plan to Titrate by .25 mg/week. Have been considering researching Cagri and replacing Day 4 Reta research dose with a Cagri research dose so the discussion here is helpful.

About to make the switch to Reta after using Mounjaro 15mg 1x per week. What would be a proper dosage as a starting point with Reta?

@rain overfills are common. That’s one reason why coa’s are critical. Definitely recon at the tested level of 27 and not the 20 the vial was sold as.

I have received small vials of compounded Tirz that was reconstituted with saline, but it also has other preservatives to extend its shelf life. I don’t know if that matters, or how long you are expecting your stuff to last. The 3 month vials seem to be using bac water. I have a kit coming from Nexaph today, so I am out of that market for a while.

@thatkatmat Hi- no, I actually paid for it myself. I realize that inflated the cost by quite a bit but I would rather have a high level of confidence in whatever I'm using and not od'ing on fent or taking baking powder or something else. For the next batches I order, I will use finnrick which I have only learned about recently. I hope that there'll be more vendors like finnrick but it seems to me that the table stakes for any peptide distributor is to post COAs and include batch numbers on all vials and post all of their COAs on their site (which can be verified on the lab's site as well). Can't imagine ordering from anyone not providing less than that.

@Randy im really interested in this. Do you see any differences in GI issues? I can get my insurance to pay for trizepitide, so I might be able to reduce my spend over using retatrutide.

I filter everything. Its a risk analysis you have to do when you research. If the sterility was clean on the coa and you aren't stuffing it in a pen then moving it is a risk for contamination if you make a mistake. I wont say "oh its fine bro" but it usually is...until it isn't. EDIT I just read that again and it probably wasn't terribly helpful. Filter your peps.

If my memory serves me right (dihexa, PRL-8-53 supported) they did a study in 2013 and bailed. It has some effect but like AOD didnt really do enough to justify going further. Ive never researched it but hopefully someone on here has more experience.

Thank you for sharing your research experience. Insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) promote growth and survival of many types of tumor cells. They are not in consideration at this time due to male subjects cancer history.
