@quicksilver80 My favorite relief program is a Dutch Bros, largest iced Maple Waffle latte with no added sugar, soft top with caramel and salt on top and 4 hits of expresso. I'll make that last for about 2 days. Those visceral fat cells cheer me on big time, just before they liquify and go into the potty.

@martinmarin I messed with cats a lot during my childhood. Hence, I have high antibodies for Toxoplasmosis gondii. I hoped intensive LL-37/TA-1 combo would help to bring it down but nope.

I have been microdosing Tirz for about a year after hitting my goal weight. I plan to stay on it indefinitely for all the additional health benefits I have had. I posted about it here if you want more info - https://community.peptidecritic.com/post/11273

I do not use the brown sugar, yogurt, or rice; although I might have a piece of naan, or pita to scoop it up. I also cook the chicken thighs whole in the pan and add a small can of, or fresh tomatoes. OMG, it is so dang good! https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/bals-no-butter-chicken-1959357

You will be fine as far as trypanophobia, I wasn't even sure if it would stay on with just the sticker. Completely painless. When you pull it off you can literally slide it off if you want there is no needle or anything inside of your arm. As far as scabbing, I had one for about a week, as of this writing it is gone now.

I have a bad knee I been light footing for a few years. I took GLOw because I got impatient for my Wolverine. Inflammation went away. After the Glow and Wolverine vials my knee is better by 60%. As you can see, I didnt even run any protocol. This time Ill be running them bpc and tb separate. There is a protocol I'm goingnto comit and see how far I can take this knee. I even hit the treadmill without any issues.

@yogipepp awesome work and thanks for sharing! However, I have a concern you need to think about; you state you are a female, so if you’re seeing the “whole banana”… you may wanna layoff one or two of those and get your testosterone checked. Kidding aside. Those stats are impressive and motivating.

Note: If you want Tirz (Zepbound) from ELilly, you get quick pens, no other options. I'm spoiled now since joining this forum and want to determine my own doses but there are GREAT options now for those who want and need them. https://youtu.be/A-huqMRkvk4?si=L9erpJraVYs_7ypO

Survo might be sucky in that way, but I was just reading the posts in 'Vendors' and seems some rats having problems with Reta, due to vendors. It might not be just the vendors but I do know there are differences. They're also on Reta, as well as Tirz, therefore, doubling the amount of GIP dose which makes Tirz work so well. At least Survo doesn't contain GIP and my kitty might have a decent chance of eliminating the glucagon adjuvant once done (Survo) and returning to somewhere in the vicinity of the Tirz dose she'll be taking. Survo is working though. Will have to investigate cagrilintide.

Don't forget to also adjust your TDEE. I reevaluate mine every month to make sure I'm staying in a calorie deficit with my weight loss. It's easy to forget. But hang in there, you got this. I just restarted my compounded Tirzepatide this past week after being off of it since my lost pin, April 22nd. Making sure the mass I have in my neck wasn't cancerous and turns out to be a benign tumor, so all my Docs cleared me to start back. Also, try going for a 20 minute walk after dinner. That might help with cortisol levels. [image: 1781293454881-img_0803.jpeg]

@Randy try 7.5 -10 mg of Methlyne Blue about 20 mins before you use the redlight, its awesome and it does help with recovery. We have full body pannels with the raising and lowering stand over the top of a massage table. My mornings often consist of a youtube video on the latest interesting topic on my headphones and 18-20 minutes under the red light. If im injured, im all over it. When my step daughter tore her knee, it was red light and PEMF. She went to see her ortho after a week and the doctor asked what she was doing to heal so fast. When she tolder,...oh my mom has this perfect mat thing and these big red lights,.....the ortho got excited and said he wished he had regular access to all of it. I will say, if you use the red lihht at night, your neighbors will think you've opened a portal to the upside down.

If just the Allegra or Zyrtec doesn’t work, try adding pepcid and make it a combo. They work on 2 different H receptors and that has helped calm my RS’s injection site reactions!

@Randy haha yeah. I’ve been down there lots but never with any research. The light thing is fun and in 20+ trips never got the red… I’ll try to do some digging if they would care if it was in a travel case with frozen packs.

@MyB I'm a little relieved that other people are having better experiences with the scale, and maybe mine was just caught in a bad firmware like you mentioned. I was ready to give it another shot but after reaching out to their support to ask questions I wasn't treated particularly well, so making the choice to return it was much easier. I guess I'm hoping that maybe there was another option that the community as a whole really enjoys using. If it comes to be that the Hume is the best you can get at home, I'd be tempted to give it another try in the future. Thanks your sharing!

It's very confusing, I do Rythm every month. I really like the AI recommendations. It makes it very easy to track progress. My metabolic age is 15 years younger, so I am Benjamin Button

@WisGal64 said: @smash4000 heres a good article https://www.drugs.com/sfx/tesamorelin-side-effects.html @wisgal64 Thank you for catching that; better info for @smash4000 too. Please see my thread on Survodutide as an alternate for Tirzep, which might have a few of the benefits of Tesa, which I cannot give kitty. No way with her conditions. Don't want to discuss on your Bedtime Stack thread due to different subject. Thank you again!
