Given the video I posted in this section about Mitochondria, I rearranged my pep starting schedule to start SS-31 tonight. As someone who had advanced Lyme Disease, it's known that my mitos are not in good shape and I'm not fond of previous 'suggestions', esp. from physicians.

Rat hit 500mcg in the hip about 1.5 hours ago and I'm trying to track what changes, if any, might occur. Taking NAD+ buf 20mg. (cut back from regular dose) just as support. No MOTS-C yet; not for some time. No Cartalax reload, which makes me nervous but will have to see how it goes.

If you're someone who's just started SS-31 FOR THE FIRST TIME, please let us know your experiences. Let's hope we see some great results.

This thread to be continued until whenever...

Its like getting a lapdance from a ghost. You might have hallucinated all of it actually doing anything at all. And all youre left with is missing half your billfold

Just reconned my 2nd vial, as 1st (10mg) is almost done. 2nd is 52mg from S1 Research. Aimed for 2mg dose (eventually), 52mg for 2mg dose is right at 70 units. Took half (1mg) a few mins ago in glute, no sting at all, slight mosquito bite & gone now. Used NaCl BAC; it's GREAT stuff!

I've seen different time frames for how long SS31 lasts in fridge after recon; not sure what to believe, but hoping I can stretch it to as close to a month as possible.

5mg everyday for first week then ramping up to 10mg a day…..pricey, but everything I have studied indicates higher dosing.

Wow! That is a high dose to start with. Take care and hope it works in the ways you need it to work.

Other peptides to consider. Be patient, these peptides are strong. 1-2mg of SS-31 is enough.
"Peptide therapy for Lyme disease focuses on modulating the immune system and repairing tissue. Common therapeutic peptides include:
Thymosin Alpha-1: Helps upregulate and balance immune cell activity against chronic infections.
LL-37: A naturally occurring antimicrobial peptide that assists the immune system in targeting the bacteria Borrelia burgdorferi.
Thymalin: Supports the production and development of immune cells in the thymus gland.
BPC-157 & Thymosin: Frequently used to promote healing and reduce inflammation in muscles, joints, and connective tissue damaged by Lyme.
KPV: An anti-inflammatory peptide that helps regulate immune responses and supports tissue repair."

@Eleanor I'm a fan of Froese. I just finished my first week of SS-31. Titrated up to 2mg daily. Unfortunately since there's no way to test, I'm just going on faith that I need it and that it will work!

1mg starting, working up to 2mg. over the next couple of weeks. Finding a protocol for EBV 'leftovers', intracellular from lowered immunity from my 13+ year Lyme Disease tx. After all is said and done and my tests in all other measurements fine, EBV & thyroid stand out. Over 600 reading on what Dr. says is 'dead' EBV, or 'inactive'. I don't think she's correct. EBV and thyroid are the only hardcore hinderances that keep coming up year after year. In this case, I agree with Dr. Ego, but can't take his complete protocol due to MTHFR.

Go to YT Dr. Trevor Bachmeyer and watch is vid on EBV of about 3 months ago. I don't like the guy, but I think he might be onto something.

After considering the opinions, options and possibilities "out there", I decided the best course of research for me was an 8 week cycle with SS-31 moving up from 2-3mg, and coupled it with MOTS-C moving up from 1.5-3.5mg, and NAD+ at 50mg. As you may notice, I was more inclined to the pair SS-31 & MOTS-C vs stagger. After the cycle, my plan is to get updated blood work and go from there. I'm most like to switch to the CJC/Ipa cycle before going back for another SS-31 cycle later in the year.

@rmchrist - spot on. My SS-31 protocol is:
                                    • Weeks 1–2: SS-31 5 mg daily
                                    • Weeks 3–10: SS-31 10 mg daily
                                    • Weeks 11–12: SS-31 10 mg every other day
                                    Cycle complete
