This is awesome! You’re doing great. I’ll bet your pants fit better and your belt is a notch tighter. The belly fat will come off soon enough. The first person in the elevator is usually the last person to get off.

I’m home. No lifting or stressing abs for six weeks. Walking, working arms & legs are all okay.

@Randy I just used Google AI. I have an appointment on the 25th of this month to hopefully get both shoulders cleaned out. Barbotage procedure. For now I have stopped all peptides. Except Reta. I can’t really workout right now and I am not gaining my weight back! Oh and yeah, I am on the older side. 52. It’s a weird space to be in. I’m not old but not young and trying to accept the aging process and its effects. I was taking the glow stack to fix my left shoulder and ended up with shoulder pain on my right. I guess this is what I get.

ordered it myself @damic That's what I did for my as vet was ultra conservative about ordering labs (they try to save insurance money, God knows why). But now that subclinical Hashimoto has got detected, will demand the vet to prescribe follow up blood work using pet insurance in another few months while putting on some pepper pickles. Hopefully vet agrees else will order independently. Yeah capitalism and free markets rock! And you are absolutely right about normal T3, T4 being misleading. That's how it was for my rat.

My horse has a rare genetic disease called PCD and it affects the cilia in the sinus, lungs etc. The Rhino doctor suggested surgery so the horse could breathe better, better through the nose(so its not mouth breathing all the time), and decrease phlegm pooling and thus decreasing chances of infections in the sinus and thus decreasing the chances of lung infections(which is common problem that is ultimately going to be addressed). I found a protocol during my research that calls for BPC-157 1mg daily, TB-500 2.5mg Tuesday/Friday, Thymosin Alpha-1 1.5mg Mon/Wed/Fri, but the horse decided it only wanted 1mg of TB-500 and TA-1 3 times a week on alternating days. Its been a week since the surgery and 5 days since starting the research and the horse seems to be doing rather well. Some elevated temps, breathing rate 24-48 after surgery but this seems to be expected while the anesthesia wears off. SP02 stayed the same and sleeping time stayed the same. I am excited to continue to share the horses(Gary) recovery. The Rhino doctor stated no lifting or bending over or sneezing for 4 weeks (do you know how hard it is to keep a horse from sneezing?!) After seeing substantial recovery in this area with the sinus I will then be attempting to help Gary with his chronic lung infections. The thought process is to keep him on the current protocol and then add KPV(not sure on dosage yet), then after 2 weeks do a hit of LL-37(not sure on dosage yet) to help kill the bacteria as it seems to have amazing anti-micobial properties (I will be administering Balance One Liver One for liver support to help deal with the Herxheimer reaction). Then after that I am thinking of adding GHK-cu(not sure on dosage yet) to help with clean up and repair. Again excited to share that part of Gary's journey here as well. Gary doen't exactly seem to have a energy issue but doesn't seem to have much drive for exercise etc, exercise is a little difficult with the breathing issue for him but I have been told he needs to exercise more. And thus someone suggested MOTS-c(not sure on dosage) and I am debating if that is something I would give him now or way later. Anyway thanks for reading and happy to hear anything suggestions or advice or comments.

This is well worth the watch. Start min. 4:10 to skip the druggies, unless you used synthetic heroin. https://youtu.be/2Az4a6CKI_4?si=U_GcuDQL9x2YbRI-

@MyB said: Thanks for pointing out this sub stack. After reading what you posted I jumped into some of the other recommended articles at the bottom. Really found this one interesting. https://thepeptidelist.substack.com/p/retatrutide-isnt-the-endgame-brenipatide Thanks for the new reading list. Oh geez! Pushing it further and further to the edge, IMO @vpeptides Yes, it's dead, for now. I knew lots of people would be disappointed and scratching their head with that one.
