Any other shift workers in here that have some recommendations to help offset the effects of shiftwork?

Im using DSIP maybe 2-3 times a week and Ill use Semax on days I need a little extra focus. Any others I should consider?

I use epitalon/dsip nasal to knock me out after night work. This has kept me from getting up at noon and being stuck awake from noon to 7am the next morning. I treat all my "before sleep" protocols as such and are done when I get home from work. Adamax and selank nasal in the fridge at work. Like your name, btw.. you play?

@Mr-Smurf Yep, just some low level beer league. Fell in love with hockey the first time I watched The Mighty Ducks. Started playing at 39 and its been the best 6 years of my life.
