Yeah, I almost mentioned that we are not the target audience for most of this stuff. Some of it might be useful down the road, like when there is a cheap once a month NA-931 pill - assuming that works as advertised.
There are some treatments for LP(a) in various stages of clinical trials that are twice a year injections that completely shut down your body’s production of LP(a). (alipoprotein a is a cholesterol type protein that causes very high risk of heart disease and stroke and is almost purely genetic.). There are a lot of really interesting RNA and other type drugs coming.
You may take a blood test for IGF-1 to see how your current protocol affects you. Usually 120 to 200 ng/mL is the normal range with about 160 to be optimal. Your base line may be 120-130, you would need to measure it outside of your research cycles. If you get it a lot over 200 it may be too much and have side effects for your health, probably something in the range of around 200 is OK for the protocol temporarily.
@yogipepp awesome work and thanks for sharing!
However, I have a concern you need to think about; you state you are a female, so if you’re seeing the “whole banana”… you may wanna layoff one or two of those and get your testosterone checked.
Kidding aside. Those stats are impressive and motivating.

@eleanor Sorry, I am not trying to confuse you. I type bad sometimes.
Not a problem. You had me thinking there was a new compound I hadn't heard about. LOL!
These numbers are incredibly low. I talked to one clinic with a large online presence and they were $1,360/month just for Glow. Tirz was another $1,000. By the time you add in TRT/HRT and other stuff, you are going to be at least $5,000/month.
My entire annual program costs less than that.
Brent Pella made a new video recently where he was ‘that peptide guy’ and he was talking about the werewolf stack and now I feel like there needs to be a werewolf stack and I need to research it. Probably KLOW + CJC/Ipa + MOTS-C.

@wisgal64 Thank you for catching that; better info for @smash4000 too. Please see my thread on Survodutide as an alternate for Tirzep, which might have a few of the benefits of Tesa, which I cannot give kitty. No way with her conditions. Don't want to discuss on your Bedtime Stack thread due to different subject. Thank you again!
I started at 2mg with no side effects and titrated up as needed every 4 weeks. Down 51lbs since February. I also run tesamorelin for visceral fat and Ipamoralin. For me too not get constipated in the beginning, I Stayed super hydrated. I also take 2 scoops of psyllium husk in a morning protein shake every morning and constipation isn’t an issue.
For DEXA scans, check your local university if you have one nearby. Mine does them for $66. Can get a bunch of other tests too. Now I just need to befriend someone there to test my peps...

Research for Epitalon should be cycled. Many conflicting ideas about dosage and duration. Some popular dosages say super low in the mcg range for 30 days, others 3-5mg every 2-3 days for 4 weeks.
@tbone I started twice a day at .5mg. Did some experimenting and found .333mg x2 a day to be effective. On bad days I do .5mg x2 a day.
After a pause in research I accidentally dosed 2mg at once and had no adverse effects other then being pain and inflammation free for a few hours after waking up. YMMV
Well, just ordered from the new batch that came in at Nexaph. Theirs is buffered. Should be here today…. Hopefully I’m immune to the sting (but based on my reaction to MOTS-c, GHK-cu, and even SS-31, I’m doubtful).
