    I'm still new to peptides, and been doing a lot of reading on various sites. From the little bit of experience with peptides that I have, I'm a firm believer in their benefits, but is there a point where you can be introducing too much? I've read some people talking about 8-10 different shots, with 5-6 daily. I know everybody is different, but I'm curious if anybody has seen benefits from that many peptides at a time. Also, how would you be able to rotate out injection sites and still give a couple days before using that location again?

      I will say it does become quite addicting. Right now I am on 10 different peptides. 8 are injection and 2 are oral. Some may not even be doing anything, and the proper way is to just do 1 at a time and see how you feel, then add another and so on. But I am impatient and just take everything I want all at once. I do cycle on and off, but this cycle has me going with 10 right now, but 2 of them will be finished next week.

      Regarding injection site rotation. I inject pretty much everywhere. I use an app called Smart Peptide Tracker and it tells me where to inject each peptide for the day so its automatically rotating for me between abdomen, love handles, deltoids, glutes, thighs, hips. I basically will repeat a spot or near it every 3 days or so with my current protocol I am on.

        @markk1 Generally, you should introduce one at a time at lowest recommended dose so you can see how you respond. And give it some time. Once you have gotten comfortable with a given dose and its effects, you can increase the dose or add additional peptides. Some peptides are generally okay to use together (Klow, SS-31/MOTS-C/NAD+) but you might have a reaction so initial use should be conservative.

        I am always chasing the lowest effective dose. So, for example, with Tirzepatide, I increase or decrease my dose to balance maintining target weight with being able to eat enough. For blends like Klow, I might take a double dose when I have an injury.

        Ultimately, we are each a one person clinical trial and what works for one person might not work for another, so don’t just do whatever somebody tells you - especially if they tell you that you need to start blasting 10 different peptides without knowing anything about you.

        Rotating sites is a quandary. I generally pick a spot on the clock around by navel and will inject moving outward. So if I am doing Klow, CJC/IPA, and epitalon, I might do 3:00 2”, 2.5” and 3” out, and rotate 3,9,4,8,2,10,6,12. Tirz and Repatha get choice muffin top sites. If you’re using pens, it’s easier to stack injections sites.

          I wish I could put them all in one or two shots, but unfortunately you can’t.
          I guess it depends what you are looking to get out of the peptides. I have a friend that was bigger, he just wanted to loose weight, not really get in shape. He only takes Tirz. I take them for energy and visceral fat reduction , I use a lit, but I was really messed up to start with. I was never fat at all, always in good shape. But had visceral fat that was giving me some other health problems.
          What people take is geared around what they are trying to fix. What they are trying to fix kind of determines what and how many you take. Energy is a hard one… Mots-c, NAD, SS-31. Then visceral fat reduction, Low dose Reta and Tesamorline/Ipamorelin mix. And unfortunately an injury, KLOW. So they stsck up quick. But I haven’t felt this good in 25 years.

            @denti
            I use Smart Peptide Tracker app too, LOVE IT!
            To add to this post also consider that the pins only need to be 2 inches apart so under the bellybutton is 4 good spots, two on each side. You can do two more rows like that over your bellybutton for 12 spots on your abs alone.
            Love handles upper and lower, Glutes upper and lower, hips I do four spots on each side...

            Using luer lock syringes I'll combine peps when I draw if pinning at the same time. Nad/Mots is one injection, TB/Carta, etc. etc. etc.

            Furthermore the only ones you really can't blend with others are GLPs. BPC blends with pretty much anything else well, I have a Tesa/Ipa already blended but I add another Tesa vial per vial to get the the 2mg nightly dose.

              @markk1 Everything in moderation! Except Peptides. 😏

              Joking aside. Yes some folks do get a bit crazy with it but it doesn’t mean you have to.

              Do yourself a favor and don’t get caught in the hype of each compound.

              Instead, focus on your “problem statement “. What are you trying to solve? That will lead you to certain peps and protocols. At that point you can decide if the cake is worth the bake.

                Oh, I forgot; you also have your oral peptides(limited number are effective) and your nasal sprays.

                I am a bit surprised that nobody is pushing peptide suppositories as the only effective method of absorption and anyone who disagrees is banned from my skool.

                  @ResearchCat give it time.

                  Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.
