@bangkokiscool That’s a good idea, thanks for that I reconstituted my first vial, so far so good. It took a long time to dissolve….I’m not sure how quickly it will gel, if it does at all, fingers crossed.

When I tested pens sometimes 5iu wouldn’t fire and on the next 5iu fire you get 10 iu (both doses). The issue doesn’t exist when firing 10iu.

@Randy So does that mean I have to fully open those vials? I think with metal crimp and rubber stopper steam won't get inside fully. Right?

It did seep out I contacted NEXAPH and they responded promptly and gave me store credit so I through the vial away. Thank you.

Lol. I sacrificed a cartridge for my first time filling one using tap water so I can practice. Good thing I did. Totally forgot the vent needle and sure enough it popped out.

@aaronmoles I was on the 7.5 a week Triz but I first did like 333mcg Reta, then the next 3 weeks i did 500mcg ,then on wk 5 i did 1mg wk 6 back to 500 mcg, then 2mg and wk 8 2mg and the last dose wk10 was 2mg. as for sides . maybe a little loose stool . but the appitite supression was very real . Now 2 weeks off the Reta still on the 7.5 Triz I will dose 250mcg of the Cagri in the morning . (note); all the extra aside from my Triz was at the mid week point (3.5 days oppisite)

I used 2 mL Bac water and 5 mL saline to make a nasal spray with 10mg of Semax. Haven't had any issues with burning. I did start with one spray and now use two sprays in the morning and still no issues. Seems to work great.
