@Snake-Pepskin I don't have authoritative guide on which peps are compatible with saline BAC.
General thumb rule — most are compatible with regular BAC, some from those will be good with saline BAC too, some will not like sodium chloride and can gel.
I gave an example that I saw someone posting on Reddit that Reta didn't like saline BAC when they tried two Reta vials from the same batch. I asked an AI tool too and it said Reta will gel with saline BAC but tirzepatide and semaglutide will be fine with it.
Gist — that chart is NOT the ground truth. But I don't have the ground truth. Will do a chat session with multiple AI tools when I've extra time on hand and find out for popular peps.
@ResearchCat LLM tools as well as people on other pep forums (not compounded tirz Subrs) said there's definite molecule fracture that will cause loss of efficacy with freezing and thawing due to the way water behaves.
Lyophilization isn't comparable. Worthwhile to run an experiment. Compounded T Redditters claim to do it, but all claims are anecdotal like 'they FELT the same ', no one has a proof with a COA.
My red fox has never felt anything from GHK. He’s gotten GHK from multiple sources, some with overfills and has only ever reconstituted with 3ml of BAC and he usually pushes 2.5mg. This was not what I expected because he’s a red fox. He’s got really fair skin. But it doesn’t bother him at all.
When I do it - I just pull the full 3ml from the source vials- then push 1ml into each pen cartridge- then fill each cartridge with whatever extra volume of BAC you want/need.
I’ve got 10 & 20ml vials but I found you just end up double handling everything and I don’t use them.

I had a similar question with some vials not having a vaccum. I asked the store and they replied
To put your mind at ease: not all vials are vacuum-sealed.
This varies by manufacturer and fill process. Some
lyophilized products are backfilled with an inert gas rather
than sealed under vacuum, so the absence of a vacuum is a
normal characteristic of the fill method and is not an
indicator of degradation or contamination.

Disregard. I misunderstood. When you say tossed after four weeks, I assumed you meant the remaining BAC water, as you'd not be using it quick enough. I reread it again, and see you probably meant the cagri.
Good list. Depending on how anal you are about getting every drop out of reconstituted vials, you can also buy 30/31 gauge 1.5” needles to move from the vial to the cart.
you could add 3ml to your vial and draw out your dose into syringes ahead of time, then draw out additional bac water into the syringe to dilute further.
