"There is an established connection, known scientifically as the "gut-joint axis". Emerging research highlights that increased intestinal permeability (commonly called leaky gut) and imbalances in gut bacteria play a significant role in the development and intensity of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Evidence suggests the connection operates through several key mechanisms: Pre-clinical trigger: Studies from institutions like the Mayo Clinic have found that gut lining changes and high levels of specific inflammatory bacteria can appear before joint pain or physical RA symptoms manifest. Systemic inflammation: When the intestinal barrier weakens ("leaks"), bacterial toxins (such as lipopolysaccharides) and proteins escape into the bloodstream. The immune system responds to these circulating particles by launching a massive inflammatory defense. This systemic inflammation eventually migrates to and attacks the joints. Molecular mimicry: Certain bacteria found in an imbalanced gut have structures that look nearly identical to proteins found in your joints. The immune system can get confused, creating antibodies to attack the gut bacteria that then accidentally attack the body's own joint tissues. While having a leaky gut alone is not the sole cause of RA, it is widely considered an environmental trigger that can activate the disease in genetically vulnerable people."

Vendor: Disguised Alpha Type: Quality Peptides: Adamax Aerosol Spray (DW 1032) and Adalank (NA-Selank Amidate) My lab donkey has tried Selank and Semax a few times. Both sub-q and intranasal, from a few vendors. Honestly its has always though "meh" even at higher doses approaching 1mg/each. They have a quick boost then fade quickly. Maybe his donkey brain is in bad shape who knows. I'd read the na versions were much better so I grabbed the nasal version of both from DA during a recent sale to check out. The 1032 Semax and NA Selank are vastly superior. Even 250mcg of each have a nice flow state when combined and last for a good chunk of his work day. The sprayer and mix kit from DA worked perfect and delivers consistant dosing from what I can tell. I haven't had a chance to try Randy's sprayers but compared to even well reviewed ones on Amazon the DA ones seem more consistent. The Dw1032/NA combo is a big win for those hard days pulling a mental plow for Mr. Donkey. Verification process to be done, waiting for it to show up in my reviews to submit an image.

@judge to second what Vpeptides says it doesn't work that way, the chain formation is specific to the tissue cell of whatever the peptide is targeting and directly binds to the DNA for the epiginetic control of "turning on/off" specific genes.

@Mydogdaryl423 they are reviews from the Main site we normally approve them daily but Bob is on vacation so a bunch got approved at the same time. Most people sign up in the main site to leave reviews or use the price index and never make it to the community, but every review we post gets posted to the community so there can be discussions on them.

I would love to know everyone's experiences with GHK-CU, AHK-CU, SNAP-8 and any others I haven't heard of yet. Injecting vs topical - what are your experiences and outcomes. I am considering making my husband a topical serum because he's very sad about his rat losing his hair. I know miracles are unlikely but I want to help him if I can. Give me your suggestions.

If you have instagram you can start searching estradiol and eventually you'll get someone selling it.

Can you imagine how much a pep protocol app collecting data can be worth if all use it? It's can be a google when it first started at silicon valley. We should get paid for the research data. lol Well at least some percs for the info. The more you enter you get free 503A peps. lol But yes the app will allow us to monitor and organize. I'm just dreading the pinning. Yes it is working but.

@queeny You won’t get lost. Unlike a lot of people in this space, Jeff’s videos tell you what they are about, and then tell you. They don’t ramble for 20 minutes about the “Peptide Secret Everybody is Wrong About!(Watch till the end for the 5 seconds where I tell you!)”

@Sunshine_day I think that's a GLP/GIP due to be released late this year or early 2027. There was a video I posted here; about 15 different ones to be rescheduled & made available.

I had a similar question with some vials not having a vaccum. I asked the store and they replied To put your mind at ease: not all vials are vacuum-sealed. This varies by manufacturer and fill process. Some lyophilized products are backfilled with an inert gas rather than sealed under vacuum, so the absence of a vacuum is a normal characteristic of the fill method and is not an indicator of degradation or contamination. another store said That batch was Nitrogen sealed.

In terms of testing. My new protocol would be to first test for purity, get results and see where they fall. If its like I have seen on everything I have sent out (over 10 now) and its 99.5% or greater, there is like a .01% chance of something else being bad, but for my own sanity, I will take the next step and do Sterility and send in another vial. After that, I am good to go. I filter as well. When I think about relying on the testing from a vendor, I have lots of concerns, not just about the lab, but the fact that they are testing a couple of vials out of 1000's and choosing those vials. Another reason Nexaph is great. You have third-party testing and boatloads of users. Still, at least on my own its random out of 20 or so.

@BeeKind 6+ Weeks using 1mg/week and it's honestly been great. Before this I was researching reta with a local vendor and it feels similar. Keep me posted if you find anything out as this is likely going to end up being one of my main vendors alongside Crush and MH if I can actually can get product from Crush

Yeah, I almost mentioned that we are not the target audience for most of this stuff. Some of it might be useful down the road, like when there is a cheap once a month NA-931 pill - assuming that works as advertised. There are some treatments for LP(a) in various stages of clinical trials that are twice a year injections that completely shut down your body’s production of LP(a). (alipoprotein a is a cholesterol type protein that causes very high risk of heart disease and stroke and is almost purely genetic.). There are a lot of really interesting RNA and other type drugs coming.
