I had a friend doing MOTS-c alone and he reported feeling nothing. He had the wrong protocol. Put him on SS-31 and then reintroduced MOTS-c 3 weeks later and it was eye opening for him.

Yep. Wish I could get some BAC chloride/alcohol to me now but weather is just too hot and peptidetest does USPS. No way I'm paying for that!

Guys dont beat yourself on the head over dosage. Just do what I do. Motsc 1mg, NAD 100mg, SS31 1mg. I have energy enough to last me almost all day. All of them first thing in the morning. Then you can titrate/ tune-up from there. It is more cost effective.I wouldn't mess with high dosages not unless you are doing blood work. Be patient. Remember you are the rat. Most protocols are from some else or gathered from a group that are researching as well. So "pinch, pin and pray". lol

@gym.rat I misspoke sorry 1-2 seemed like a lot since most places sell it in 10 MG vials, that’s a lot of vials. 30 days, 60MG that’s 6 vials a month, seemed high to me. I need to order 12 to do 8 weeks or 9 for 6.

@gym.rat Now that is well thought out. The sweet spot is to find the least effective dose. I been running MOTSc 1mg, NAD+ non buffed 10mg, SS-31 1mg. for two weeks now. I stopped for a week and back on, a week in along with 1mg 5amino 1mq and now Slu-pp-332 now. I been running 5-10mg of cardarine along w Reta for three month. Ran out so now using Slupp. Now MOTsc, NAD, 5amino and Slupp as a combo is like MOTSc for the first time plus. In theory- My mitochondriias are now running mostly on fat alone. Called fatty acid oxidation or beta-oxidation. When the entire body shifts its metabolism to burn stored fat rather than glucose, the systemic metabolic state is called ketosis. Not sure what is the target dose to complete the shift but i know im in some degree because I have alot more energy. I also know how it feels being in a ketosis state through a keto diet I did in the in the early 2000s. The take here is that the foundation to all these peps to work is to prime the mitochondria. No mitochondria no signal for the peps to make in cells. My personal opinion gathered w google AI and endless youtube videos.lol

I copy over all of gym rats personal protocols now into a folder. They're top shelf and I adjust the doses.

Can you imagine how much a pep protocol app collecting data can be worth if all use it? It's can be a google when it first started at silicon valley. We should get paid for the research data. lol Well at least some percs for the info. The more you enter you get free 503A peps. lol But yes the app will allow us to monitor and organize. I'm just dreading the pinning. Yes it is working but.
