Reconstitution Compatibility chart (grabbed from another group)

This might help someone.

Yeah, that caught my eye as well. I’m assuming it’s from this source
Peptide Precipitation: MOTS-c features a specific cationic (positively charged) tail. In certain environments, high salt concentrations (such as 0.9% sodium chloride) can disrupt these charges, causing the delicate peptide to fall out of solution and precipitate.
I guess it’s a best practices thing. I’ll look further into it when I get some time.
-
After all the discussion about saline for MOTS-C you have to confuse me with this, and I am starting this morning. Ughhhhhh
I’m sure it’s an over cautious theoretical risk, but why not use standard BAC? I didn’t catch the discussion on it.
-
I can only guess it’s referring to phosphate buffered saline. For the non buffered NAD+. But it should clarify.

@Snake-Pepskin I wondered about that too.

@Snake-Pepskin I did; people were reporting burning and some redness. I was fine. Guess I wasted some money; that's certainly not a first or a last.
This compatibility thing can be from anywhere. Maybe Josh Holyfield LOL.

Definitely had some burning. @stevepep I started Mots-c yesterday. It lasted maybe 5 minutes.

We're such strange creatures. GHK kicks my ass, yet MOTS... nothing as far as site reaction. I haven't researched NAD+ yet, We'll see how that goes.

Snake, do yourself a favor. Get the buffered and use at least 10ml BAC, else, it's gonna smart. I just reconned 1000mg with 15 BAC and it's a breeze. Not saying you should use 15, but 10, at least.

@Snake-Pepskin I have had no issues with NAD+ and just use 3ml BAC. GHK-CU same for me that one just sucks
