Good point. That would be with a 1 ml, 100 unit syringe.

I would personally recon 3mL in the original vial and filter/move to a 5 or 10mL vial and then add 2 more mL for a total of 5mL which gives you a reasonable dose of 200mcg = 10units (if you're starting out at 200mcg
