Hello fellow researchers, I am creating this topic to see how you all track your data, protocol, procedures etc. and if you have been using AI agents or any sort of digital tool like that.

I currently am using Apple Health to track weight as I am researching Reta. I use Hevy App for tracking workouts, and to track strength gains/losses in an effort to track muscle loss. I also use a macro tracker to keep track of my calorie/macronutrient intake.

I created a notebook using Gemini Pro and gave it the information regarding my protocols both GHK and Reta along with my fitness tracking and my calorie/protein goals. I regularly upload Strava and Hevy data to keep track of my fitness goals. I also have my reconstitution procedure on there so that I can easily access exactly what I need for when I need it.

I have really enjoyed using it and since it occasionally has brain farts where it does not remember exact data, I also keep an Excel spreadsheet where I track my vials of powder, BAC water, Reta and GHK doses and pin locations. I can upload the data to my notebook from excel and have it analyze it on occasion if I feel up for it.

Anyway, how do you all track data and stuff? What apps/ai models do you use? Please give suggestions I know some tools are better than others.

I started with just spreadsheets to keep up with costs, reconstitutions, dosing. But then I also wanted ring and Hume data and then bloodwork. I had Claude build a tracker (even got him to automatically give me "clicks" of the pens for what I wanted to dose with all of that color coded to my pen colors)
. It created it and then I update and ask for thoughts. It suggested some stand alone blood panels that are not included in my monthly draws. It's synthesizes and built charts and graphs and discusses theories about all things peptides. But I occasionally have to remind it not to make "discuss with your doctor" statements to me.

Smart Peptide Tracker app. Best app for daily dosing, protocols, inventory, costs, COAs and pretty much everything you can think of. Constant updates and I believe it was a one time cost of $10 for a lifetime subscription instead of a monthly subscription most apps do these days.

@denti I checked out the app, it looks useful. I think it tracks all the stuff I am tracking on my spreadsheet and then some. I also track COAs and costs. The main difference of data collection is the visual aspect of keeping track of where you pinned. That gives me an idea for writing a program. I might as well have ai write it and then I can skip the $10 cost and have the same program!!πŸ˜‚

@SkepticJen Everyone's talking about Hume, I might have to look into that. I had a Garmin watch for a few years that was great at tracking workouts and runs. It was nice to be able to check my heartrate regularly. Too bad it broke right before I started peptide research

I used Claude Code to build my own Apple app. Unfortunately it does cost $99 for a apple developer ID, but well worth it because it does exactly wjat I want it to do. Here are just a couple screenshots of it. There

@pensar I have a knock-off Hume and ring - because I'm cheap and need to save my pennies for more pens πŸ™‚ And since I'm not an olympic athlete, I'm mostly looking at trends. I just keep adding info to the personal AI tracker, so when I want to track or compare something new, I just have it add another section. Great also for keeping up with websites for purchasing BAC, etc, figuring each pep's reconstitution, cost. And every month I C&P Rythm results and then I ask it to notice patterns based on changes in which peps, which doses. It helps me theorize what's doing what. It's great.

@pensar Using Fitindex scale for about $50, Colmi ring for about $50 (which is good, because my dog accidentally ate one! So it didn't break the bank to replace) And then Claude made my tracker. I load in my blood panels each month from Rythm. It's not an app, but it's free and completely customizable, and since Claude made it and updates it, we can discuss changes, etc. I've also deleted sections I found weren't helpful.

Im a bit of a data nerd, coming by it honestly as a hazard of my job in engineering.

Health/biometrics= Apple watch Ultra 3 and an Oura ring. The only time they aren't on my is when they charge during a shower.

Labs=Function Health and Siphox Health, with results getting dumped into my Hermes agent.

Measurements = Renpho Morphoscan (like Hume but without the subscription) and Renpho smart tape measure.

Dose tracking = Peptide Tracker in the app store. I might look for something different. While it is useful, there is no baked in "export" function and the only way to get this data is to email their support.

Protocol Management = Custom built and local Hermes AI Agent called "Pepe" πŸ™‚

Pep Inventory and order management = Excel (moving to Hermes)

                                      Macros = Bevel Health

                                      Data Path = Wearables>Apple Health+Bevel Health>Hermes
= Measurements>export>Bevel Health+Hermes Agent (I do this every Sunday morning and feed it into AI, then track progress and overlay my dosing schedule/changes for correlation.

A.I. use = I use Bevel for daily metrics feedback, but lean heavy into another custom Hermes agent specifically built for health tracking, and completely separate from my peptide agent.

I typically run Bevel "intelligence" against my Hermes agent separately, as a double check. Bevel is great for some things and has HUGE potential, buy my god is it buggy and the built in "AI" is trash.
