    Hi friends!

I wanted to pop on here and share my stack that has kicked some serious ass (still on, btw)! Im super happy about it, and thought I would have appreciated this when I was just starting out.

First of all, my rat's goals are body recomp. My rat is a small female, so not too interested in losing a bunch of weight, since my rat has been on Tirz for 5 months and have hit my goal weight with the 2.5mg dose. Wanting to stay there. Really focused on losing the extra "fluff" and gaining more muscle definition, especially the low belly. Also interested in longevity and skin as well.

    The stack:

    Weekly:
    Sun - 2.5mg Tirz

    M-F AM:
    1mg - Mots-c
    25mg - NAD+
    1mg - 5-Amino-1MQ
    350mcg - AOD-9604

    M-F PM:
    0.5mg - CJC-1295/IPA (no dac)
    3mg - GHK-CU

Lots of pokes, which isn't the most fun, but worth it as I have been seeing the numbers change.

Life protocol: I intermittent fast in the mornings each day. 3-4x a week resistance train, with fasted cardio in the morning. (15-20 min) I take my AOD about 15 min before I hop on the stairs. I wait to eat about 2-3 hours after AOD, which feels very easy to do.

Results?! I've been on this for about 2 months (slowly titrated up as I have introduced each peptide on its own). I have gained 3 pounds on the scale. Lost 5% body fat, lost 5lbs body fat mass, gained 3lbs skeletal muscle, and 4 pounds of lean mass. Many more metics, but those are my big ones. I can see muscle definition poppin - abs, legs, arms, the whole banana. Im really pumped!

Anyhoo - Hope this is helpful if anyone is interested in body recomp! Its been fun seeing the results happen, and still looking forward to even more!

This research protocol has worked for me, but always do your own! All I know is my body really likes this one. :]

Love the stack you are doing! I’m afraid of a reaction to mots-c on my test rabbit.

@ValGal Mine has not been too shabby! I noticed that if I have a longer pen needle (6mm) rather than 4mm. It's an easier process. I have had a little red patch for a while, but it clears up in about an hour! NAD is the real one that gets me! I just got the buffered version and so far, wayyyyy better!
