@MyB I'm a little relieved that other people are having better experiences with the scale, and maybe mine was just caught in a bad firmware like you mentioned. I was ready to give it another shot but after reaching out to their support to ask questions I wasn't treated particularly well, so making the choice to return it was much easier. I guess I'm hoping that maybe there was another option that the community as a whole really enjoys using. If it comes to be that the Hume is the best you can get at home, I'd be tempted to give it another try in the future. Thanks your sharing!

@yogipepp awesome work and thanks for sharing! However, I have a concern you need to think about; you state you are a female, so if you’re seeing the “whole banana”… you may wanna layoff one or two of those and get your testosterone checked. Kidding aside. Those stats are impressive and motivating.

My little rat also chose to start AOD. Been on it for a week now, so just beginning. I went down a serious rabbit hole with this. I, too, am using it to get that last little "layer" of fat off. In the research I have done, it seems the consensus was to stack the AOD with other peps like reta/tirz (any glp support), a GH secretagogue, and a mitochondrial pusher such as Mots-c or SLU-PP. I'm on tirz, CJC+Ipa, Mots-c, and NAD. Plus, a little GHK-Cu for the skin, health, and longevity benefits. I know intermittent fasting is the MOST important aspect of it. I train in the morning fasted, get a bit of cardio, and resistance training in. Honestly, I feel great! Obviously, fat loss is a steady process, so I'm curious as to what the results will be. I've been tracking too on my Hume scale - down 1%, but I don't really attribute that to AOD quite yet. I'd be really curious for us to check in with each other in a month or two to see how our results are going! I am also very curious about the half-life situation. One of the many times I wish there were more data. lol. Personally, I take it and hop on the stairmaster since I know the half lift is so short. I dunno! Researching is truly...research! lol!

@MyB you'll lose some yes. stick with PES (Polyethersulfone) not nylon or anything else. for all the hassle just get the right filters and make life easier.

This is normal for AOD. There is an acidic bac water you can buy next time or you can just palm it for a few minutes and it will liquefy again. I've said in the past this only has to be done the first couple times then you're good-to-go for the rest of the vial because that has been my experience with the first two I've done. But here I am on my third and I had to do it again, for no reason at all, this morning. It is what it is.

I've researched reta with AOD and reta with 5Amino. Noticed a better result with AOD.

@quicksilver80 My favorite relief program is a Dutch Bros, largest iced Maple Waffle latte with no added sugar, soft top with caramel and salt on top and 4 hits of expresso. I'll make that last for about 2 days. Those visceral fat cells cheer me on big time, just before they liquify and go into the potty.

Rating: (5/5) Review I was having some challenges with reconstituting my AOD, after a couple of different suggestions, I was sent replacement bottles with no questions. @Eb123421 i waited until my bac and vial got room temp which takes like 5 minutes. added the water and kinda rolled it in my fingers like a joint until most of it was mixed. had a little clump in the bottom and just held the vial firmly and tapped it on my palm once to dislodge that clump. i know shaking bad. but it all came out ok. no gel. but i got a personal connect that ive never had a single issue with any of the peps i get from him though. i would share but they are having sourcing troubles like everyone else.

Hi guys, I thank you in advance for your input. I have successfully reconstituted AOD9604 (providing it is AOD in the vial!), it’s been nice and clear for a week, phew! Ruby, my lab rat, is lucky girl, I’ve seen that people pre-fill syringes, does this not compromise the AOD9604? Would it not be more likely to gel being stored in a syringe?

Sorry to hear of your experience, I posted in a different thread of my good experiences wit Kimera. Have ordered multiple times with fast shipping and I am happy with the products (never the HGH however). Hopefully your situation is straightened out to your satisfaction.

This is a vendor review submitted by Hammertime65 on PeptideCritic.com. Rating: (5/5) Review I've ordered twice from them. Always fast service and don't need to do the crypto dance. Their newest email says they are testing for endos, so that's another layer of safety. Only problem is the price, but since I'm new to all this, I'd rather pay more for stuff I can trust. @afkar7 said: BTW, is anyone researching their AOD-9604 with a pen? Seems to be a little thicker and was wondering how well it works with the pens. Thanks I’ve been using it in a Gansulin pen with 31g needles. Never an issue. In fact I think it’s better in a pen vs a vial as you prevent air from getting into it which I believe AOD hates.
