I see the half life is 4 minutes. What does this mean for the effectiveness of this peptide? It works for 8 minutes and then nothing? Or does it change something int he background that continues to do the work? I have also read for the money and the time it takes for it to do the subtle loss, maybe it isn't worth it. Any thoughts on these questions/comments?

I was thinking about doing a few months worth once I needed more help with leaning out after I do the bulk with reta and friends.

I'd love to hear from the people that do it and either think it wasn't worth it or was well worth it.

my ts tried it. felt nothing. weight didnt move. bumped split dose from 500mcg to 1kmcg a day. the only positive i see in hindsight is it could be very beneficial to cartilage repair? which kind of makes me think i didnt just throw money into a wood chipper, i guess. wasnt expensive to be honest. if youre going to mess with gh stuff/secretagogues. if i had to do it again i would have gone toward tesa even though its far more expensive.

My RS is currently running Tes/Ipa for the second time. RS did 12 weeks the first time. The plan is 16 weeks this time. Workout recoveries are noticeably better. Visceral fat measured by Inbody scans are noticeably improved. After the first 12 week cycle the RS lost 30 lb of fat total and lost 0 muscle. I'm actually a little surprised the RS didn't gain any muscle. I'll see how it compares after the current 16 week cycle.

You're not going to feel anything with this. It's work is as a fat mobilizer that is meant to be paired with a GLP like Reta when you get to a plateau point or want to go after the really stubborn fat. I just bought some that will arrive tomorrow. The other key factor here is that you must use IM fasting. It needs a window of something like 3-4 hours on each end of your dose. Combine this with zone 2 cardio and you'll be stage ready in no time. The reason you see the bashing on this peptide is because people use it wrong and then bitch about it.

@gym.rat That is exactly the information I am after. This will be at the tail end of the main fat loss with Reta to get the last stubborn stuff to come off. I still have a ways to go but I'm getting closer. 400->210 with 190 ish as the goal. The goal is subject to change based on look and feel.

but just like everything in the fitness industry. temper your expectations and all that. even if you hop on one foot and rub your tummy exactly how they say. it still might not work and some people just dont respond at all. no ammount of cognitive dissonance and buyers rationalization can save a product. we got people still buying turkesterone. lol eso si que es i guess.

My little rat also chose to start AOD. Been on it for a week now, so just beginning. I went down a serious rabbit hole with this. I, too, am using it to get that last little "layer" of fat off. In the research I have done, it seems the consensus was to stack the AOD with other peps like reta/tirz (any glp support), a GH secretagogue, and a mitochondrial pusher such as Mots-c or SLU-PP. I'm on tirz, CJC+Ipa, Mots-c, and NAD. Plus, a little GHK-Cu for the skin, health, and longevity benefits.

I know intermittent fasting is the MOST important aspect of it. I train in the morning fasted, get a bit of cardio, and resistance training in. Honestly, I feel great! Obviously, fat loss is a steady process, so I'm curious as to what the results will be. I've been tracking too on my Hume scale - down 1%, but I don't really attribute that to AOD quite yet. I'd be really curious for us to check in with each other in a month or two to see how our results are going!

I am also very curious about the half-life situation. One of the many times I wish there were more data. lol. Personally, I take it and hop on the stairmaster since I know the half lift is so short. I dunno! Researching is truly...research! lol!
