@christi yup. Likely lost a lot of the peptide. If it clouds toss it.

I only use PES because I read somewhere that Nylon and PTFE will filter out the peptide.

@MyB you'll lose some yes. stick with PES (Polyethersulfone) not nylon or anything else. for all the hassle just get the right filters and make life easier.
