Rating: (1/5) Review I placed an order for Retatrutide (Reta) with Flawless Compound and unfortunately it has been a very disappointing experience. The first order all turned cloudy right after reconstitution. I reached out to their customer service and they quickly sent a replacement. However, the replacement ended up being significantly worse than the original. After reconstituting with high-quality BAC water, the solution was very cloudy, refused to fully dissolve, and had a noticeable white gel-like substance floating inside (looked like some kind of contaminant). I’ve reconstituted many Reta vials from different vendors before and it’s usually one of the easiest peptides to mix. This is clearly not a reconstitution issue on my end — it’s a product quality problem. What’s especially frustrating is that Flawless provided online verified COAs and testing documentation like other reputable vendors, but it feels like they’re not consistently following through with the quality they advertise. This is the only Reta vendor I’ve had these issues with — every other source I’ve used has been fine. At this point I’ve requested a refund and I won’t be using these compounds for any research. I hope they sort out whatever is going on with their batches, because the customer service response time was good, but the product quality needs serious improvement. Also, when purchasing a second time form them, an incorrect mg size of tirz was sent to me, upon receiving it, I reached out to the support contact and within an hour I had received a reply and a solution for the shipping mistake, not every day you see that kind of speed to solve this situations. I will certainly continue to do business with this company in the future. I used them once and was happy with their service and product. They included BAC with the purchase, which I chose not to use and shipped USPS.

For example, their glp3 comes in 12 mg which throws the math off for dosing. Sometimes the 2 packs can be a good value. Especially with their odd sizes as you can end up with more product for the price compared to others. Shipping was fast from Florida to West Coast it took 5 days. The klow is a much darker blue compared to others but there have been no issues. I'll continue to use them for certain products because i's cheaper than others. I've bot a couple of items from them. They had some Survo at a decent price when everyone else was out, didn't handle it, or only sold in kits which I could not afford. They're a good vendor.

I placed an order on the second (Thursday) and it's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (Monday). That's 4 days and totally reasonable. It will fine. I would not worry about the heat and can almost guarantee that it won't be a reason for them to honor a replacement. Remember that these are lyophilized. It's not the same if you happen to be comparing them to orders placed by compounding pharmacies.

They ran a Father's Day discount with the word NOW in the ad — no fine print, no time window, just NOW. When I contacted them to cancel and reorder to apply that discount, I was told I was "nickel and diming" them. Let that sink in — I asked about their own advertised promotion and was accused of being cheap. After that exchange, they made the decision to redirect my FedEx shipment mid-transit before it ever reached me, then refused to issue a refund. I never received the product and never got my money back. Complaints have since been filed with the FTC, the Illinois and Arizona Attorneys General, and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center. I’m into my fourth week on their batch, and honestly, it’s been a total letdown. Not only am I getting zero noticeable results from my usual dose, but I’ve also suddenly come down with a brutal headache and stomach pain. There’s a chance I just caught a bug from someone who was sick around me, but the timing is just too sketchy to ignore. When you get none of the actual benefits but all of these random, miserable side effects, it really makes you question the purity of what they're shipping out. Just like Chad said, the difference between a solid vendor and this one is night and day. On another note, my MOT-C effects seems fine.
