He's doing great on Wolverine, which was a good peptide entry for him. He's also down 17 pounds on Reta, which he started one month ago. (slighty inflated, because he started the day that we got back from a 12 day cruise, so he gained some while gone, that came off quickly). You guys made up my mind. I'm going to order Klow.

I used 3ml BAC and test 30 units. Been about 6 weeks. Going 8-12 first cycle. Feeling better.

I would start CJC/IPA at 150/150 IU once per day. I actually prefer morning dosage, I find it to be energizing and it's easier since you're fasted already and can do it first thing. Make sure you're getting your igf-1 and fasted glucose measured yearly. Igf-1 sweet spot is 180 - 220. Fasted glucose under 100. Those are important lab markers for GHRT.

So I wasn't sure if I should ever discuss the researching that I have been doing to anyone but I have found this site to be so helpful that I'm going to. Just didn't want to come off as some kind of donkey with what I'm doing. Anyway... MOTS C 2.5mg twice a week a.m. CJC-1295 no dac + Ipamorelin 2x a day M-F 200mcg KLOW M-F 4mg I also added Reta five weeks ago. Wanted to see if I could lean out a little. 2mg for four weeks and 3mg this past week. I know starting that high might not be considered the right thing to do but I might stop after this week. Or should I just scale back again? I ask that based on the results that I have gotten at this point. Results are based off the Hume Body Pod. I know that's not the all to be all but I like using it as a refence. Dropped 13lbs. Body fat 1% Body fat mass down 3.5lb Lean mass down 3lb. Subcutaneous fat mass down 3lb. Visceral fat mass from 6 to 5. Just want to also add that I'm 62. 5'8" 164lb. Work out five days a week for at least an hour. I am close to hitting personal max on back squat, deadlifts and bench press. Just shy of the 700lb club. I feel great and have also had great results on my bloodwork. Any suggestions as to what I am doing right/wrong or anything else would be greatly appreciated. Just don't want to be wasting time or research. Thanks for your time.

@beachfun There are so many variables. I am currently on 2.5mg tirz, while my bride is at 12.5mg. She is plateaued and has some food and booze noise, where i have a little, but am flat - trying to build muscle. Different nutrition and exercise regimens will have a big impact on results, but a lot of doctors are starting to agree that the process of titrating patients to max dose and staying there is more the marketing model(think: OxyContin) than it is good treatment prudence. Most patients should be on the lowest dose possible to get results and minimize side effect while also maintaining good nutrition and an active lifestyle. Not trying to preach or criticize anyone, but I live with this every day.

@gym.rat There is very little information on Ahkcu but I am now on my second bottle hair serum with the second half of the 1 gram vial of the Ahkcu. Nexaph sells 5 vial kits

@Nate37 Stay away. Tried them. Lied about COAs. Vials had no traceability. Often sell untested batches saying COAs available through QRs but QRs are non functional.

Good quality, good prices and super fast handling and shipping. Their only downside is their selection is on the smaller side.

@nate37 They just aren’t marking their product up as much as other vendors. I have been using EZP for several months and am very happy with their product. I am less curious about why EZP charges what they do and more curious why other vendors charge $400 for products they probably buy from the same wholesaler.

I have the Tesa/Ipa blend. Doing it for visceral fat reduction. I had GH before, but it was making my hands go numb at 2iu a night. But I really never took it for more than a week because it was to inconvenient (didn’t know about the Pens back then). I wondered if the CJC/Ipa would be just as good as the Tesa/Ipa. I only take 1mg of the Tesa/Ipa 5 nights on 2 nights off.

I started at 3mg with with the intention of ending up at 4mg, so that was my plan to gradually move up. I'm on Day 2, so take that for what it's worth, but I have no stinging sensation that others talk about with GLOW or GHK-CU. This is supposed to be due to the anti-inflammation properties of KPV. If I had it to do over, I'd use a 5ml vial and add a total of 4ml of BAC so the units are slightly higher. For some reason, it seems like there is more resistance than I antipicated to push with my pen. The concentration of the solution may be a little viscous for an 11unit push. Thinning it out with a little more BAC could help.

I've noticed that blends like KLOW often only show the mass of each peptide, and not the purity. Nexaph's testing group for KLOW specifically says "For this batch we will look for mass only and will not test for purity as it's not possible with peptide blends". However, I'm looking at another vendor's website (Orbitrex) and it shows a test report for KLOW that DOES include an "average purity" for the blend. I'm strongly considering buying a kit from Nexaph since it's so much cheaper than single vials, but I'm not sure how comfortable I am without the purity testing. Anyone have thoughts on this? Another consideration would be to buy kits for each peptide separately and blend them myself, but what a pain.

Update related to SS-31. Because sometimes my decisions are wrong I deployed an aggressive SS-31 course to fix a mistake. I started to research a course of Ostarine (SARM). Big fucking mistake, all sorts of bad reactions- cardiac, cognitive, energy, that shit is pure poison. I stopped it within 7 days and immediately began 40mg daily SS-31 to good end. I will continue the repair protocol for a total of 4 weeks. SS-31 for the win. The stuff is pure gold. Find the high-mg per vial and low-cost per/mg to help with affordability. I shopped several sales to STOCK UP big time.
