My rat has always been a light sleeper, trouble staying asleep. On top of that, around mid December my rat's mind wouldn't shut off, doing the Indy 500 if you will. Well, I finally found a sleep stack that my rat likes, keeping it simple, and doesn't cause grogginess in the morning.

    Magnesium Glycinate: 400mg - 1hr b4 bed
    Glycine: 2g - 1 hr b4v bed
Selank: (2 snorts) for those chaotic busy days (1 1/2 hr b4 bed)
DSIP: (2 snorts) if my body is tired and wired (30 min b4 bed)

Selank/DSIP subq previously, but as of yesterday, nasal is the path going forward unless the effects don't prove strong enough, then will switch back.

Well switching back to SubQ 500 mcg, once spray is done

After doing some further research, will add Pinealon not as a replacement but for more support, the cognitive benefits. Plan is: Nasal, morning to mid-afternoon.

At some point Epithalon will be considered

    Any thoughts or suggestions?

Edit: ooh and now I'm off to find some Semax to help me understand Crypto better and not continue to psych myself out(it's getting ridiculous lol) clear the fog and confusion around this intimidating subject sighhh

Have used Epithalon , Pinealon , Cortagen , DSIP and Ipamorelin/Tesamorelin night time. Individually as well as stacking them together. Works well either ways. Epithalon is "GREAT"

Dang, thankfully sleep comes naturally to me. My husband, not so much.

@WisGal64 interesting that you take Selank before bed. Most protocols are saying it should be taken AM or early afternoon to set the circadian rhythm.

@pep_researcher everyone reacts differently, it takes the edge off, calms my mind so I can fall asleep

Tes/Ipa have given me a 40% boost in deep sleep. The Pinealon/Epitalon combo has given me an equal boost in REM. 3 days in on that combo and so far so good. I'll stop at around 20 days. 1mg Ep, 2 mg Pin

I wanted to try and the tesa/ipa but can’t afford the swelling that may come with it 😬

There is some retention for me which gives the joints some slight aches. Im hoping it passes over the next week or 2.

Glycine for some fraction of people (genetical variation) may cause overstimulating effect instead of calming. Try with it and without it and compare. Also, if it works, you may use more than 2g. Try 5g, it's only good, we need about 12g a day total for different systems. Some people use even more.

@WisGal64 I have 2 sm vials of Tesa and terrified to try it. Already have edema, tachycardia and joint pain. I'm GUESSING that if one already has these sx's, even subclinically, Tesa will rocket them to the moon. Danged shame...

You can try running Ipamorelin solo at 100mcg. It will still provide a GH/IGF-1 boost albeit at a much more conservative amount, and you would likely avoid those side effects.

@pep_researcher Selank helps but I use to much of it! have not noticed much difference with low dose 2 squirts I get good results with 4-6 squirts. 10mg selank with 2ml bac, 5ml H20

No problem. I know of quite a number of newbie/casual people in the fitness/anti aging space who start with this route. Ipamorelin solo, 100mcg, fasted first thing at breakfast. Wait 2 hours to eat.

Generally speaking I don't hear of negative side effects from those on that protocol. The only thing that affects some is Ipamorelin can be stimulating and that's why I recommend pinning in the a.m. anyways. I also believe its more effective in the morning. Your insulin is at its very lowest level which allows the most receptor saturation, strongest GH pulse and will have the strongest fat burning effect.

Hey! You absolutely need to run epitalon even more so than pinealon. I have run both and epitalon is the one thing that made the biggest difference for me. 10mg for 20 days 2 to 4x per year. I kid you not I have not fallen asleep in 25 years unless I drugged myself and I am falling asleep on my own now for the first time since I was a teenager.

Please see my thread on Survodutide as an alternate for Tirzep, which might have a few of the benefits of Tesa, which I cannot give kitty. No way with her conditions. Don't want to discuss on your Bedtime Stack thread due to different subject. Thank you again!
