@WisGal64 I have 2 sm vials of Tesa and terrified to try it. Already have edema, tachycardia and joint pain. I'm GUESSING that if one already has these sx's, even subclinically, Tesa will rocket them to the moon. Danged shame...

You can try running Ipamorelin solo at 100mcg. It will still provide a GH/IGF-1 boost albeit at a much more conservative amount, and you would likely avoid those side effects.

@WisGal64 interesting that you take Selank before bed. Most protocols are saying it should be taken AM or early afternoon to set the circadian rhythm.

@pep_researcher Selank helps but I use to much of it! have not noticed much difference with low dose 2 squirts I get good results with 4-6 squirts. 10mg selank with 2ml bac, 5ml H20

No problem. I know of quite a number of newbie/casual people in the fitness/anti aging space who start with this route. Ipamorelin solo, 100mcg, fasted first thing at breakfast. Wait 2 hours to eat.

Generally speaking I don't hear of negative side effects from those on that protocol. The only thing that affects some is Ipamorelin can be stimulating and that's why I recommend pinning in the a.m. anyways. I also believe its more effective in the morning. Your insulin is at its very lowest level which allows the most receptor saturation, strongest GH pulse and will have the strongest fat burning effect.

Hey! You absolutely need to run epitalon even more so than pinealon. I have run both and epitalon is the one thing that made the biggest difference for me. 10mg for 20 days 2 to 4x per year. I kid you not I have not fallen asleep in 25 years unless I drugged myself and I am falling asleep on my own now for the first time since I was a teenager.

@kristinmaloney 10 mg a day, you mean? Isn't it excessive? How about pinealon?

@wisgal64 Thank you for catching that; better info for @smash4000 too. Please see my thread on Survodutide as an alternate for Tirzep, which might have a few of the benefits of Tesa, which I cannot give kitty. No way with her conditions. Don't want to discuss on your Bedtime Stack thread due to different subject. Thank you again!
