@WisGal64 Yes, inflammation is one of the targets for my cold plunge and sauna sessions. It helps me with my sleep and circulation as well. I feel so good after a 2 hour session. It is a great stress reducer and mood booster.

after taking a vial or two of aod. and doubling the normal average dose for my capybara 1mg? a day?. he just shrugged and was unimpressed. only thing it does it makes him sleepy mid day. gonna stop beating around the bush and just throw igf1 into the mix when done with aod. the underlying positives may be worth looking into for cartilage repair.

@wesleyyerby Randy does a great job with this site. I don't know him from any other Tom, Dick, or Moe, but he seems trustworthy and I appreciate the transparency and ability to discuss everything on this site.

Hi E! Im relatively new to the game too, but what I've gathered so far has been pretty great! I watched this video that Randy made about how to read the COA's from companies. Super helpful! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FNzvaiD43go I have been purchasing from a compound lab called Mile High Compounds - its been great so far! However, check out EZpeptides (I've heard and seen good things about that company) and the vendor directory in this site. I really like looking over the reviews to get a good grasp on what people are seeing. What I'm doing is going to the well-reviewed pages, looking up the exact peptide, and comparing the COA's to each other from what I understand them to be. Definitely dive into your own research and look around! It's a crazy world out here these days! lol

Welcome aboard. I hope you like it here. This site is easy to navigate, has mostly friendly people, a lot of information and seems to be growing fast. The search feature works great because a lot of categories require you to use tags.

@kj4otu this is amazing information! My husband was tested 6 years ago with a ferritin level of 1200. Diagnosed with hemochromatosis as well. after a few rounds of therapeutic phlebotomy, his ferritin levels went way down, then he lost interest in following through with any kind of treament. now we are with a new functional medicine practitioner. Bloodwork came back with a ferritin level of 1100. This provider has been doing a therapeutic phlebotomy and is testing his levels again next week. She is taking one step at a time with diagnosing and recommendations of follow up treatment. Thanks for sharing all this info. I'll dive into all of his bloodwork and share the info with our functional medicine provider.
  • Just a simple hello and a lot of gratitude!

@ResearchCat getting API stateside is near impossible. Some lio in china with the same equipment they process botulinum toxin just hours before. I need to do a long form article on it. The whole industry is absurd but i love it.

chronic radiculopathy on my Rat's c5 - imaging showing no decompression of discs, starting patient on PT for 6 weeks to monitor progress, if no improvement additional imaging (MRI) needed. A Toradol (ketorolac) shot was administered MI into the right arm with good pain reduction. ideally starting with wolverine stack BPC 157 TB 500, monitoring generation of vascular support to the cervical spinal tissues. the purpose of introduction is consulting with other researchers for feedback on the Rats progress & other recommendations! Glad to be here!

microdosing does nothing, taking a lower dose multiple times a week vs a once a week bolus shot is less effective, they are designed to be taken once a week because they have a half life of about a week, so take 4mg on Monday, a week later you have 2mg still in your blood serum, Monday comes along you have after you take your dose. The protocols say on reta is 2 for a month, this just gets your system used then raise you can go to 3 for a week if no side effects then 4 for a month the reason for the slow increase is so there is not a shock to your system gradual increases nice and slowly of the same peptide, reta has best weight loss between 6 and 12 mg 28% of body weight, reta is a glp 3 and hits 3 different receptors in your body, were triz is a glp 2 and only targets 2, mixing them cant be good. if your body is used to triz titrate down before switching to reta, then swich since your already used to higher doese you may be able to take higher dose of reta faster with no side effects. reta does not cancel out appetite as good a triz, triz is a better anti inflammatory, reta balances your blood sugar levels, its like you dont take a Tylenol and a Motrin at the same time, you alternate them between uses, well both of these stay in your blood serums for an additional week after your take it, increasing your side effects.

@Randy Thanks and you're not wrong. And I apologize for my behavior. I was frustrated. I've been researching for months around the edges with a bit of diving into efficacy. It's dosing and measurements that I am not great at. I found a pep calculator this morning that has helped visualize dosage and process. (MyPeptideapp.com) [https://mypeptideapp.com/calculator]. Thank you for the content, space and guidance.
