Hi All, I joined because I love the videos and hope this community grows. 58 yo male. Fairly to very active. Walk daily, lift 5x/week, practice jiu jitsu 3x/week. The weight and aches and pains(chronic knee and shoulder injuries) were getting to really interfere with my fitness. My focus is longevity and overall health. I started taking compound tirzepatide in August (down 30 lbs) sourced through a telehealth organization. Then started researching wolv stack (BPC/TB500) and sermorelin sourced through a local TRT clinic ($$$$). I am not on T. Since then, I have started sourcing through other vendors: Peptide Sciences, Verified Peptides, and EZ Peptides. Current research is low dose tirzepatide(5mg), Glow stack, and CJC no-DAC/ipa. I like PepSci, but they are very expensive. I like Verified Peptides a lot and recommend them. Started sourcing through EZ Peptides after seeing the recommendation here. They have frequent sales and some of the best pricing I have found. I haven’t researched this vendor yet. Once I finish researching CJC/Ipa, I plan to research epitalon and then decide if I want to go back to CJC/ipa or sermorelin. I am also interested in MOTS-C, but trying not to overdo it(if I am not already there.) It might not seem it, but I am trying to take it slow and introduce new research protocols slowly and ramp them up over time. My weight is where I want it to be, but can lose a bit more; most of my aches and pains are gone; I am lifting heavier than ever before.

Hey I'm Tiger from Texas. Been researching peptides for about a two months and been researching retatrutide and GHK-CU for almost two weeks. Want to be more educated on my research journey and get the best results possible. Additionally, want to learn more about nootropics and muscle building peptides down the road. I'm very happy that I found this well organized community.

We’re glad you’re here and appreciate you sharing your background. Retatrutide is a serious compound. The data coming out of the late-stage trials is genuinely impressive, particularly around weight reduction, insulin sensitivity, and downstream inflammation markers. For many people, meaningful fat loss alone creates a cascade of secondary improvements that are easy to underestimate until they happen. I can relate on the weight front. At one point I had put on far more than I ever thought I would, and a surprising number of health issues improved simply as the weight came off. It doesn’t solve everything, but it can move a lot of variables in the right direction. As for your son, your initial concern is completely understandable. Most of what people discuss and research in this space is relatively benign when approached conservatively and with proper education, though there are areas, such as myostatin inhibitors, that deserve extra caution. A decade ago my own mother was terrified when I started researching BPC-157. Fast forward, and she’s now an avid researcher herself. You’re asking questions, doing your homework, and approaching this thoughtfully. That already puts you ahead of most people starting out. Welcome to the community.

Hey Glenn! Glad to have you here! BPC/TB500 are really a great combo. It seems thats the gateway for most people. Whats funny is we know of more than a few clinics/spa's that give their clients "research grade".

There can be interactions between peptides that cause them to break down faster than normal when mixed, which is why you shouldn't let them sit together for too long. Also, some vendors sell things because people ask for them, not because they work better together. I would do four pins or boof it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XRzzwToLSiY
