Hi! I just joined the community here. I'm somewhat newer to peptides but started with Retatrutide 13 weeks ago. When I started, my weight was 250 lbs. As of today, I'm down 45lbs and went from 35% body fat to currently under 24%. It's not just Reta alone, I've been going to the gym now 4-5 days each week and playing ice hockey 2 days/week.

Seeing the results prompted me to look at other peptides and so I've run a course of MOTS-C, BPC-157, and GHK-CU. It's crazy how different my life is today vs 4 months ago. I went from "you need to be on statins" to normalized cholesterol in that time frame.

Anyway, I'm happy to be a part of this community and help however I can.

@WisGal64 Thanks! My father is a retired Dr... I sent him my before and after blood work and he was blown away. Now comes the job of keeping fit and staying consistant at the gym/ food.
