Welcome! I suspect we'll learn as much from you than the other way around. Your idea is interesting so I'm curious. Is it possible to test batches so completely that a 'signature' can be created- like with nuclear material? Otherwise it seems the unique code would have to be assigned in CN where the API's are made. Seems like that would be risky for folks over there. Oh, and what is your opinion on the efficacy of the annual influenza vaccine? My Sanofi quad last year wasn't particularly helpful! Thanks.

So even though I only took two Triz doses (2.5mg shots weekly) and then went to Reta, I can tell you that Triz dampens the food noise more. I would call it mind calming, cause it helped with more than just food noise. One of the things I noticed right away on Triz, I was so productive and did things on my todo list I didn't do in a long while. Reta does suppress food noise for me, no where near Triz and I'm more tired on it then Triz. So it will be interesting to see when I go up in dose on Reta what changes that has. My main goal is to help my liver out, after that I don't mind a longer wait for the weight to shed.

I would second the KLOW recommendation. Or at the very least adding KPV. I think about it like this. Going to a baseball game is fun. But what’s better than going to a baseball game? Going to a baseball game and having a hot dog. And what’s better than a hot dog at a baseball game? Having a cold beer and a hot dog at a baseball game. You could enjoy any one of those things by themselves. But you get pure magic when you add all three together. BPC = baseball game. TB 500 = hot dog. KPB = cold beer.

Best we can really do is direct you to Finnrick and suggest you sacrifice one of your precious vials for your own testing... and keep us informed as we will you.

@WisGal64 Yes, inflammation is one of the targets for my cold plunge and sauna sessions. It helps me with my sleep and circulation as well. I feel so good after a 2 hour session. It is a great stress reducer and mood booster.

after taking a vial or two of aod. and doubling the normal average dose for my capybara 1mg? a day?. he just shrugged and was unimpressed. only thing it does it makes him sleepy mid day. gonna stop beating around the bush and just throw igf1 into the mix when done with aod. the underlying positives may be worth looking into for cartilage repair.

Hi E! Im relatively new to the game too, but what I've gathered so far has been pretty great! I watched this video that Randy made about how to read the COA's from companies. Super helpful! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FNzvaiD43go I have been purchasing from a compound lab called Mile High Compounds - its been great so far! However, check out EZpeptides (I've heard and seen good things about that company) and the vendor directory in this site. I really like looking over the reviews to get a good grasp on what people are seeing. What I'm doing is going to the well-reviewed pages, looking up the exact peptide, and comparing the COA's to each other from what I understand them to be. Definitely dive into your own research and look around! It's a crazy world out here these days! lol

Welcome aboard. I hope you like it here. This site is easy to navigate, has mostly friendly people, a lot of information and seems to be growing fast. The search feature works great because a lot of categories require you to use tags.

@kj4otu this is amazing information! My husband was tested 6 years ago with a ferritin level of 1200. Diagnosed with hemochromatosis as well. after a few rounds of therapeutic phlebotomy, his ferritin levels went way down, then he lost interest in following through with any kind of treament. now we are with a new functional medicine practitioner. Bloodwork came back with a ferritin level of 1100. This provider has been doing a therapeutic phlebotomy and is testing his levels again next week. She is taking one step at a time with diagnosing and recommendations of follow up treatment. Thanks for sharing all this info. I'll dive into all of his bloodwork and share the info with our functional medicine provider.
  • Just a simple hello and a lot of gratitude!
