    I hear the food noise/apatite control is a lot stronger with wegovy then reta.
    When I started my rat on reta I gave him 2mg, for the first 4 weeks, then 3mg for 2 weeks, and then 4mg for 4 weeks. I have heard of people splitting there first week 1 mg on Sunday and 1mg on Wed

    My Rat got a 30mg bottle that I added 3ml of bac water to make the math easy 1 unit equals 1 mg
    If I bought a 10 mg bottle I would pry add 1 ml of bac water so my rat gets a smaller shot 1mg per 10 unit that way.

      @brandenscheidecker from what I've heard I am to understand the GLP part is 1/4 that of Tirz but the GIP bit is 9x stronger nvm the glucogon i recon they activat you metabolism but require you eat more to feed it, i guess it works IDK for certain. i did a Reta to suplement my Mounjoro half a week counter to the tirz with mininal dosing but as i was on both i cannot speak on the appitite supression. I am letting the Reta Clear out before i experiment withe supplementing my Tirz with the Cagri. will keep y'all postes as to how it goes/

        @MeraNaam I bought many times from Southern Aminos. They have been good and I like how they print the exact purity and actual fill amount. So remember 99% purity only, when reconstituting use Pfizer’s Hospira pharmaceutical grade bac water. Filtering your research peptides is good practice, especially into a pen cartridge which makes it so quick and easy once it’s loaded.
        You are going to be awesome in Atlanta!!!

          Thank you so much Beachfun! I literally purchased form Southern Amino too!! Once I saw the COA with recent date and nearly 99.9% purity, I jumped on the opportunity!

          And yes, my BAC water is also from Pfizer Hospira.

          As for the Peppen pen cartridge, I opted to use the AutoEject El pen, using the 10 unit syringes. I chose that since my boyfriend uses it for his Zepbound vials and it works quick and easy for him.

              While I agree with much of the protein intake; think it's exaggerated, I couldn't cram that down me on Tirz/Survo much less Reta. I guess eat the meat first then the veggies. Ugh...

                @brandenscheidecker Right 💯

                @myranaam I will just piggy back that prefer good fats over grainy carbs. Outwardly it may look like a mozzarella cheese snack pack has more fat than some rice. But the former won't shoot up your blood sugar compared to rice.

                If your insurance covers — nowadays many do for a dirt cheap copay — get Continuous Glucose Monitor (Freestyle Libre 3 plus) and closely track how different foods affect your blood sugar. Do that for 3 months at least. It opened my eyes about how different foods affected me.

                All the problems your mentioned have close connection to insulin resistance and blood sugar spikes.

                  I agree on the reta. You can't eat much just have a hamburger no bun, no ketchup, no mayo for lunch and a fatty steak for dinner and call it done. There are lots of YouTube videos on the lion diet if you need to convince yourself this is healthy.

                    I started taking such advice (1.2g/kg) from guru Dr. Gabriele Lyon and I put on, estimated, 10 lbm muscle with the same light exercise routine. The Fairlife shakes with filtered out lactose make it easy to consume enough protein.

                      I use fairlife too. I don't eat nearly as much protein as these gurus are calling for. I think they're unbalanced in their teaching and expectations.
