      @mmp

      If you don't mind going grey, I found two vendors that have it at 10% of the cost of the retail price.

      https://t.me/+nEUo3gENCGsxZmM1 50mg for $200/kit

      https://t.me/+mC-OPuWA4vs5MmI1 20mg $82/kit but not in stock right now

        @mmp Lol. I was just chatting with FS Alex right now asking him about testing, also.

          How would they test it?

          Caliway's patents don't disclose the CBL-514 compound itself and markets it as an undisclosed 505(b)(1) new chemical entity.

                      More weight was lost when the drug was given along with the GLP1-RA tirzepatide. In addition, rats given CBL-514 and tirzepatide regained less weight when tirzepatide was stopped than rats given tirzepatide alone.
                      The hypothesis is that the reduction in fat cells limits the amount of fat that can be reaccumulated, slowing weight regain. (tested only on rats for now)

                      Four weeks after the last treatment, average visceral abdominal tissue volume had decreased by 12.01% from baseline (human)

                          I purchased two vials of this and did two rounds of injections on a grid on my abdomen. The company I sourced from recommended a dose at 20% of the study max as the study was on obese subjects. I didn’t get any of the depressions from dead fat cells that were a concern but then again I didn’t see an overwhelming impact from the injections. The reconstituted solution is milky orange which was mildly concerning but I was told it was from the curcumin in the blend. End of the day I didn’t notice any magical fat loss over the past 4 weeks so guessing the dosage was too low to have any discernible impact. I may try doing a 50% dose of the study amount for one last try?

                            @wellsG

                            Caliway owns an early patent that describes injectable micelle formulations containing resveratrol + curcuminoids for localized fat reduction. That's the predecessor chemistry to CBL-514.
                            Caliway describes CBL-514 as "505(b)(1) small-molecule new drug" - regulatory shorthand for a single new chemical entity.
                            Clinical papers for Phase 2b trial describe it the same way "a small-molecule injectable lipolysis agent that induces adipocyte apoptosis."
                            The recent mechanism disclosure (Wikipedia/patent-derived): a DYRK1B kinase inhibitor - again, one defined molecule.

                            So you likely had their old version of the fat dissolver Resveratrol/Curcumin blend. This might still work to some extent.

                              Lol. I just did the calculation for how much my dose would be to treat my belly. Just shy of 1500mg. The clinical trial was capped at 600mg. Would I just treat the middle of my belly and create a crater?

                              Doing the actual treatment doesn't sound that difficult. Get your Sharpie out and draw a grid with 1" spacing than pin 2mg at each spot. I still wonder what the end result would look like only being able to treat 10% of the surface area on somebody with my current body composition.

                              Oh yeah. Fun fact. At roughly $10/mg which is the lowest I see it listed for, that's $6,000 per treatment. The trial capped at 4 treatments 4 weeks apart. $24,000 to follow the dosing protocol laid out for that trial. I only see it in 20mg vials. You would need a total of 120 vials. Nuts.
