    The email from Mile High:

We may have to stop carrying MHC-3 RT
Hey, Max here. Five more companies just got sued by big pharma for selling retatrutide. That makes eleven in the past couple of months.

We're not sure how much longer we'll be able to offer MHC-3 RT.

Nothing is final yet. But I'd rather tell you now than have you find the product page gone one day.

A nothing burger imo. If they don't want to sell it in fear of getting sued, there will always be other vendors who will still want to.

@denti FWIW Max got a FDA love letter back in March this year but that was for openly promoting human use of RUO material through his TikTok and Skool page. They provided evidence of specific posts and all.

But he still got out clear as far as understand because it was all business as usual after that after he shutdown his Skool group and renamed GLP-3.

So yeah I'm not buying all these tactics. I saw exact same messaging in Dec 2025 as well and then again in Feb-March.

Yeah, seems like desperate marketing on their part. In fact I remember them sending out even more marketing emails lately about permanent price drops etc. They’ve always been one of the most expensive retail sites out there as far I am aware, and now with so much more competition out there and lower prices, they probably aren’t doing as well as they did before with their higher prices.

Don't fall for the fear mongering. It's a quick way for a vendor to scare people for sales.

I got these "hurry, we may not have this" emails from a couple of others just past few days, in addition to everyone running B2G1 sales on all peps overall.

            I suspect:

            • a lot of people figured out dark greys
            • stateside resellers have exploded in numbers (look at FB ads)
            • more of Peptide Critic readers got particular about testing and abandoned those jumping labs or using subpar labs
            • Reseller margins and profits have thinned out.

Thus all tactics to generate fear and drive sales. 😂

I especially agree with your first point. I think the last 6 months were a turning point where everyone seemed to find out there is cheaper stuff out there.

Even Nexaph’s huge and more regular sales have been telling.

Truth be told if their sale price was their regular price I’d be happy just using them forever haha.

Yeah there was a short PBS documentary on GLP-1 and access issues. A woman went on the record that she participates in dark GBs for procurement and testing etc and hasn't had any issues.

She even demoed reconning on screen.

What stood out was her water was neither Hospira nor the new Peptide Critic popular sweet Genetek... it was what this community considers toilet water. 😂

                  Peptidology announced discontinuation of GLP-3.

I suspect this has less to do with regulations and more to do with huge stock getting old, interest in new molecules like Elora, UBT, and tons of other vendors hogging RUO GLP-3 market share.

I would consider it alarming only if Nexaph announces discontinuation.

                  What does the community think?

@pep_researcher I'm not worried yet, and I agree about Nexaph. If they pull GLPs, then you know it's bad news.

I will say - if you have the means, it'd be wise to stock up on peptides that you plan on taking for a while. I'm waiting for the next Nexaph sale to buy a few kits of Tirz.

@atlas01 Yeah I'm stocked up on the stuff for a few of YEARS, although I may not need all that stock.

Part of stock has Freedom COAs but gonna keep it and take my chances. Can't toss up that vintage collection. Hehe
