@Chloe-55 You're really annoying. You ARE a scammer and you are SPAMMING your useless BS on EVERY POST, nothing actually contributing to the conversations. JUST SPAM

Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.

I have Tesa from Instant Peptides who use Kovera and Nextgen who use ILS I can send you if you want to send them for a test. Both of those coa state high 99% purity.

Edit: I even have older Tesa from Nexaph from earlier this year that was tested by Jano and came back high 99% as well. Can send those same ones back to Jano and see if they still come back as 99% or less now.

@denti Thank so much. Are all of these from recent batches though?

Let me do some math. I briefly communicated with Jano customer care and they are very responsive, all replies within a day, given that there is a timezone diff. I communicated with Vanguard too, but they took longer despite being in the same timezone.

If I ever do grey buys and independent testing, I think Jano will be my choice.

Nexaph Jano tested is from March 2026 and tested 99.8%

Nextgen ILS tested is from May 2026 and tested 99.5%

Instant Peptides Kovera tested is from August 2026 and tested 99.75%

@denti We probably want vials finished after Aug 2026 because that's when Tesa started coming out sub 98 purity on multiple grey vendors on Jano COAs. Also unfortunately COA dates from US resellers don't tell when the product was actually finished. If Instant COA is from Aug, Tesa API and lyophilization must have happened a few months before that.

I think it would be interesting to see Jano retest a nexaph batch from earlier this year that got 99.8%. If it comes back at 97 and 98% then we know something has changed on Jano side and not on Nexaph side.

@Stevepep Now I'm very tempted to order a few Tesa samples from different stateside resellers who don't use Janoshik and been showing 99% purity with some other labs to send to Jano to compare. But Tesa vials retail are sold so expensive, that I'm not sure if I want to pursue this "expensive" interest in this economy! 😞

Khole Jano reply is very recent, just 10 days ago.

Asked whom and who said only GLPs get 99% purity?

That's not true at all. According to test results from Janoshik and other US labs like Vanguard, Trustpointe etc for other non GLP peps.

@pep_researcher Other peptides do test above 99% but the expectation that all peptides are going to be >99% is ridiculous. Look at the purity allowance for peptides in the USP. Oxytocin has a purity spec of greater than 95. That's for pharma grade. Many pharmaceuticals have puritty spec less that 99%

So had Tesa API or finishing gotten worse??

This is interesting because on Khole Peter responded that they had updated reference samples on several peps a while back. I think Tesa was one of them. Cain though said it was on telegram it’s why they sent the same batch to freedom to compare results

@Stevepep I asked again on K-hole TG channel specifically tagging Peter and he again confirmed that they haven't changed a thing in their testing.

So Tesa manufacturing has gone to dogs overall? This is not a good news for RUO and feeds into the propaganda spread by Eff Dee Aa and Big brothers unfortunately. 😞

Looking to buy a kit of the Tesa/Ipa from Nexaph. I can see the quantity in the COA provided by Janoshik but there is nothing that shows the purity. Does anyone know those numbers? Also, would be first time ordering through them based on all the reviews I've read on this site. Is it necessary to send out for additional testing or can I rely on what has already been done? From what I've read most people are quite satisfied with the products they're providing. Thanks.

@Mocha I’m sure others are going to talk about the Tesa purity which seems like an industry issue right now.

I have been using this blend for 6 months and it is good to go. I even did 3rd party testing on it at Freedom with great results. They listed the purity at 99.3%, for what it’s worth.

@pep_researcher That was me, lol. I’ve been interested in this topic for some time now as an avid user of the Nexaph Tesa/Ipa blend.

There has been a huge back and forth about this. Many vendors have seen decreased Tesa purity results from Jano since around April/May. Claim was that they changed their testing procedure and discounted an impurity. Nexaph had their tesa retested at Freedom which came back at 99.9%. This was another instance which caused people to doubt Freedoms results. No domestic labs have shown lower purity numbers on Tesa, like Jano has.

Some vendors have not shown decreased Tesa purity though, which makes me wonder if it is an actual issue with some vendor’s Tesa, and not a change in lab testing.

Either way, the product has worked great, doubling my IGF.

And that is the ultimate test, blood work! I used Nexpha’s Tesa/Ipa blend awhile and it worked great according to my numbers as well.
In the end, we are doing this to help ourselves, so the bloodwork is the ultimate test.

@Stevepep But that technically means change in testing. It's not just about equipment, it's also about reference standard. I think Peter would interpret it that way too.

@pep_researcher I don’t know what to tell you it’s not a change it’s common. The standards get more refined, as they do more testing the data improves. They can test more accurately as a result. Things don’t stay static in a lab. Peter talks about this all the time it’s a big advantage he thinks they have over other labs. It’s also the explanation as to why freedom tested at over 99pct and Janoshik tested at 96. Freedom is just popping it in without a reference so they can’t pinpoint purity like some other labs who use standards
