I really liked this one for anyone interested in retatrutide! Still just getting into peptides so I can't be 100% sure all of his info was legit but it seemed well researched and he seems quite knowledgeable, talks a lot about safe and healthy weight loss, labs and vitals monitoring, diet and exercise, before even discussing dosing and whatnot which I thought was helpful and important.
