Shipping was quick, everything came packaged clean and professionally, and the product itself looked exactly how it should. What I really appreciate is that they actually communicate emails get answered fast, and they seem to care about keeping customers in the loop. KLOW from them has been consistent from batch to batch, which is more than I can say for a lot of vendors I’ve tried. Prices are fair too, especially considering the quality.
