my thought always was because the spacer is pushing the compound into an angled portion of the cartridge it would no longer be accurate. I just lined up a few of these up on my printer to test this "theory"

I heard it was to get the last drop of peptide from the cartridge however you already did a video on a solution for that.

My concern was accuracy however ive tested my pens several times and they dose correctly.

Can you give us a sneak peek on the new V3 pen… now you have me intrigued. Lol

Hi. I'm looking for a pen that hides the needle, I thought the V-2 pen did that. This would be for my daughter who's afraid of needles? Thank you. Do you have one like that, and do you recommend it over the other pens. Thanks

It does. The cap is spring loaded.

This one is funny because i was using such a thin needle I couldn’t feel it and couldn’t see it because it hides….

Used it 1 time only. Lol

@diegoc the spacer actually does save you about 12 units but a completely full 3ml cartridge wont fit if you use it. Closer to 2.8 purged will. Hope that makes sense.

with the "High Temperature Autoclave Machine 110V 300W 1.5L by Plutusdental" from Amazon, could one reuse the cartridges after autoclaving?

no. that would just melt stuff. Its the pressure combined with steam and heat that hit all the corners. you would first need to push the stopper out with air, toss it all in a sterilzation pouch. Something like this is what you use https://amzn.to/4rFkGxu

Throw away, yeah? No idea how one would even begin to think this is going to be sterile. (I didn’t pay for them; they came ‘free’ with a v2 pen I bought on amazon.)

                          ehhh not necessarily

when you clave them they do this. Then someone pushes it back in inside the bag which keeps it "sterile" The question is whether the amazon seller is just using a hair dryer to turn the steam indicator.

@randy if we wanted to buy bulk cartridges for the research pens, do you have a recommendation?

@randy I hadn't noticed previously (shame on me) but the steam "key" on the glass cartridges I ordered from the Peptide Critic shop is blue vs. black. Am I misreading that this indicates that these haven't. been steam sterilized? Is it DYI? Appreciate the guidance.

what was your order number. Chances are you got UV sterilized as we had a thousand of those come in at one point.
