    Review

    Sent my mom to them after vetting them from another pep community. Her package was delayed by like 6 days past delivery so she sent them an email asking for help and their response was absolutely appalling. I would never ever recommend them to anyone with the way they treat paying customers. There are way more companies out there that set the bar higher than these guys and will treat customers with respect, unlike this place. They lashed out at her and freaked out because she asked for assistance with her tracking and they canceled her order, said they were blocking her from all future orders and were downright nasty for absolutely no reason at all. What a horrible experience for a first time customer. They cannot be trusted due to the way they exploded over a normal inquiry.

      @PeptideCritic That seems strange to me as there must be more to the story. I have purchased from Southern Aminos and like them. My first order was delivered Fed Ex and they charge like $8 for the insurance. The delivery was put on a neighbors porch, not mine. I sent an email that it wasn’t delivered to me, within 5 minutes they contacted me stating a new delivery will be sent.
      I went out in the night and found my package, but they still sent me another. That was a 2for1 deal but felt like a porch pirate. I have found being nice goes a long way.

        This is not normal for this vendor.
        Did she threaten to do a charge back? That’s how vendors lose their payment processors.

          @MyB They just put in a Fedex claim after I contacted Fedex and had a claim number and sent me another order. I emailed them in the morning that I found it being honest but the insurance still paid. Maybe the insurance thing is new and their solution to that problem your family faced.

              Sorry to hear about the bad experience. I agree with others, I don't think this is a norm for them. From all of the posts/reviews I've read I didn't find any negative, were all positive(of course it doesn't mean they don't exist), which helped me place an order with them on the 22nd, I've received daily status updates since placing the order, delivery expected today.
