GHK-Cu Subcutaneous Research Dosing Protocol

I watched this Kristi Sawacki video yesterday and feel like I am fortunate to have been exposed to the discussion. A MUST WATCH for any thoughtful longevity/healthspan researcher. Her background is disclosed at the beginning, GHK-Cu discussed slightly past half-way point. The entire video as far as I am concerned pure gold. One of the best, ORIGINAL, thinkers I know of.
What we don't know is- how dose dependent are GHK-Cu's benefits? My N of one shows I look and feel great and have no sides, now at 12.5 per pin, per day, and I have personal high-confidence what I am experimenting with is the right path. Each researcher has to consider their unique milieu.
Side note reiteration: once I found "the" spots, injection is a total nothingburger. Same for the wife, pins, and zero issues. Same two spots on each side, EOD, no lumps, no discoloration, no nothing.

Currently researching with 15 mg per day. Thankfully the stuff doesn't cost what ss31 does lol. Still feeling fine with minimal ISR with one well diluted pin.
Not in any way saying that everyone should do it or that I recommend it, but lucky for the rest of you I'm that guy testing the max dosing.
I dug as deeply as I could trying to determine if there was any reliable evidence whatsoever the GHK benefits are dose dependent. I was not able to find anything. if somebody does find something, would they please post a link. Thanks in advance

@PeptidePete hey Pete…
Any time off or just checking BW monthly to see what happens

Daily, no time off.
I just noticed and showed my wife the back of my hand. While not transparent...lol...I can flex my tendons on back of hand and skin perfectly drapes over each and actually wraps around the tendon for the first finger. It is quite striking, crazy stuff. No way to directly attribute this effect to the GHK but the skin looks "super fucking healthy"...haha.
Other observation- skin instantly snaps back after the "pinch test" on back of hand. I mean instantly. Great elasticity. As far as I am concerned an inarguable sign of health.
No neg sides I can discern.
PS- it is 10-15% humidity where I live, yes my skin is dry. Also, I am 65 years old.

Is it just me or the fact that GHK-cu looks just like the Super Soldier serum from Captain America! Especially when it's in some pen cartridges.

I sent this to a friend the other day and his response was as appropriate. The blue color of glow when reconstituted is glorious.

@PeptidePete There are lots of good moisturizers out there. The Cerave Daily moisturizing lotion is excellent, and if you like scents, Bath and Body Works lotion is great for arms and legs if you’re into that sort of thing. Since losing weight, my arms have gotten a bit crepey, which i don’t prefer. And my hands crack because of the dry air.
I can’t say with certainty that GLOW has made it stop, but I have had much less cracking and splitting this winter than years past, and this is by far the coldest we’ve had. (Could also be due to CJC/Ipa and other things I am researching.)

Folks understandably ask "why" the heroic dosing. To see what is on the other side is the answer
Strikes me as a reasonable experiment. Primary curiosity- assist in keeping my post-GLP3 skin tight. I am only looking to lose my ~20lbs of visceral fat but still getting some "drapy" skin nevertheless. Also, will it affect my male pattern baldness. I experienced no negative sides on daily 7.5-10mg GHK-Cu.Pain, yes, it can vary between nothing, and 24-36 hours not sleeping on that side pain...lol. For me the upper-outer quadrant of the buttock is where the magic is. Belly/Midriff area inevitably gets me a lump, sometimes for weeks.
Will update thread as time passes- cheers
So right about the upper quadrant.

On this pep, the right spot must be located. Once you do locate it, life if great. Just for experiment sake yesterday I pinned top-mid-thigh, felt like a blowtorch for nearly 24 hours. Hit the right spots, essentially no ISR regardless of concentration.
While I am posting, I have begun researching 5-7mg split 2x daily due to what I have determined to be a very short half-life. My curiosity is, does my 15mg pin overwhelm receptors? I don't know, hence the new experiment. I wish there was some hard data here but if there is I cannot find it. 15mg in one pin has otherwise been all good with no neg sides that I can note. BTW-the wife continues 10mg daily with no issues.

Just so that this fact (for me) is out there- inverse correlation of GHK-Cu dose and copper levels in plasma. So that trope is put to rest. Dose-up mofos...
119 ug/dL copper on 5-10mg GHK, 105 ug/dL on 15+mg.
105 on 15mg+ for weeks prior to test.Inverse correlation.
You are welcome

As usual/always, you must do your own diligent research. PS- the entire testing results were stellar, better than ever. Not saying at all that is solely attributable to GHK, but to the full stack I am running. Above is one data point.

@peptidepete serum is a bad measure for copper... look at RBC to measure cellular accumulation. That said, my copper rbc is fine at 4mg/ day (now my zinc RBC is far to low and needs to come up, but that's another, if related, problem).
-
@peptidepete - oh - and to be clear: I'm 99% sure you will find your copper rbc is fine too... but I like your posts, and it makes me a tiny touch protective
