Research for chronic conditions

I'm interested in learning from others what research stacks have been successful to treat any chronic conditions your lab rats have/had. How long did it take to see the results, what were the benefits etc.

I've read many posts, but thought it would be nice to see it in one place if this is something that is allowed and in the right category or if it already exists elsewhere, point me in the right direction.
