I'm looking to pick up a MitoCore blend from Flawless Compounds in the near future and want to have everything figured out first. The blend is NAD+ (100mg), 5-Amino-1MQ (10mg), and MOTS-C (10mg). From the research I've done, I know MOTS-C has a higher potential for bad reactions, so I would plan on micro dosing a time or two to test for reactions. As far as dosing goes, I've read some recommend 3x weekly for MOTS-C and NAD+ others recommend a smaller amount daily. Since 5-Amino1MQ seems to be a daily dose, I'm leaning towards a smaller amount daily for the total blend, but looking for advice and recommendations. What dosage and frequency would you recommend for this blend?

Why do a blend when you can do individuals, which allows for different concentrations, different days, etc?

@markk1 unless you have already researched all of these individually I would not start with this.

Typically I like blends, but in this case I agree do the separately for a few reasons.

NAD+ - I've read/heard varying degrees of success with using this IM/Subq vs oral and personally oral NMN/NR worked as well or better per dollar for me.
Mots-c - great compound but allergic reactions aren't unheard of, if you get unlucky you have a entire vial of 2 other compounds you paid for and can't use.
5-amino-1mq - another compound with varying degrees of reviews. Some people love it others get little from it until they are pretty leaned out. Mixing it with 2 other things you can't really tell if it works for you or not.

Over all price - I don't have a flawless login to check prices but typically the mots/nad/5a1q blends work out to be quite a bit more expensive the individual vials when comparing equal dosing.

Without knowing anything about you, your situation, and your goals, I have no basis for understanding why you would start with this. Agreed on starting individual peps, so you can measure reaction, impact, and titration effects.

If you have concerns about metabolic health(implied), I’d think SS-31 is the baseline before starting MOTS-C or NAD+. But again, I don’t know anything about you. One thing to know about NAD+, is that it is sold as snake oil by everybody because it makes you feel amazing. Which is why spas charge $1,800 for NAD+ IV infusions. I am not saying it doesn’t work, because it does.

I also have reservations about the blend itself. To my mind, the NAD+ and MOTS-C amounts don’t line up with any protocol I have followed.

I have either had too much or not enough caffeine today.

Yeah, well, I’m just here for the research, man. - The Dude

If I haven’t liked your post, no offense. I have exceeded my daily allowance.

Is the blend stable considering NAD is 3-4ph? Motsc is the 7ph and 5 amino in the 5-7ph. Not unless they made it happen w nad buffed. Or a secret sauce.
