    Started at 1mg per week; immediately backed off to .5 for 4 weeks. 1mg initially made me really tired. I'm male.

      @shoubunhdithphiavongsa You will find many opinions on the amount to start with. The one consensus you will find is start low and slow. This helps you to see how you tolerate it. Minimize side effects. You are always looking for the lowest effective dose.

        @Mydogdaryl423 EZ Peptides sells 6mg

        Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.

          Hey, I’m super new, about to place my first order and a bit confused on the research as to starting. I’ve been seeing a lot of people recommend .5mg per week as a start and some saying 1mg a week to start. I’m looking at buying a 10mg bottle to start with but I also need to look up shelf life, maybe 6mg might be better if I’m starting at .5mg?

          What’s your opinion on it?

          Also try to focus on exactly what you need for your research without as much mind for cost, waste, and convenience in the beginning. Expect that you will have issues and obstacles and just focus on navigation.

          I started with micro dosing every other day and had only minor gut issues. I didn't follow any protocol and just went with how I felt, being mindful that side effects can take days to kick in.
          If you reconstitute the 10mg vial with 3ml of bac, you can adjust your dosing more easily.

          I hope Reta works well for you, for weight loss it is as good as it gets at the moment.

            @Stan-Douglas Why do men start higher? I've never heard that before.

            Generally, men weigh more/muscle to body ration.

              @Stan-Douglas I don't think that matters with this. My husband is super sensitive to Reta. I would highly recommend EVERYONE starts at .5 mg no matter their gender because you truly don't know and everyone reacts differently. I'm now at 3.5mg and my husband is only at 1mg.

              I would also only recommend titrating up by .5 at a time no more than 1mg because you don't need to get to 12mg if you don't have to that's what the clinical trials did with the 2mg titration, it's not necessary.

              Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.

                In general women are better responders to reta

                Increasing dose by 0.5mg is highly recommended. At least by 1mg.

                  @shoubunhdithphiavongsa
                  Men start at 1mg, females .5mg ONCE A WEEK

                  Stay on that FOR AT LEAST two weeks then you can titrate up to 2, or 1mg, depending on where you started.
                  Two weeks double again, this is where most people find their zone.

                  More is NOT better, find your zone and stay in it until you need to increase.
                  [I'm on 6 and have BEEN on 6 for months]

                  Typical titration goes .5-1-2-4-6-9-12 is the max, don't go over 12. If 12mg isn't controlling your appetite Reta isn't for you, try something more GLP/GIP dominate like Tirz.

                  10mg vial will be unless you find your zone at .5 or 1! You might want to order a second vial to avoid famine.

                  Be patient, I know you want it off NOW, but 1-2 pounds a week is recommended.
                  Weigh yourself now and keep records, there are many FREE apps to do this. Pics [front, side and back] and measurements too, I know it's embarrassing but it's for you and only you right now. Your mind will tell you you're treading in the mud.
                  Give it 3 months before making a decision to continue or not.

                  If you decide to stay on it look into kits [10 at a time] to avoid that huge single vial price.

                  Good luck, keep us updated.

                  Stan-Douglas this is super helpful, just placed the order with EZP and excited to try it. Shipped out same day which was crazy to see lol but definitely starting at .5 because I’d rather be safe than sorry

                      Ts started at 2. Tsf started at one. Had some constipation but other than that was fine.
