Randy has an app called vialog.fit
It allows you to add inventory, the coa’s, the receipts, etc.
You can set up a dosing log with reminders.
    Uses your peptide critic login.

Those seem like the 2 options. @denti You go free version or pay for premium?

@denti @mydogdaryl423 I second the recommendation for the Smart Peptide Tracker. On top of its features, the developer is constantly taking feedback and requests for additional features to make it even better.

@denti @coondogesq I can def see the value in it for advanced functionality. I guess my worry would be if the company shuts down I would lose the data. Is it kept locally?

In terms of practicing first in/first out, I print and label every kit/vial with a "received date."

@pep_researcher Same. I tried some of the trackers, but I personally find it is so much easier to just track in sheets.

Smart Peptide Tracker app is what I use. Best app out there imo for dosing, inventory tracking, injection site tracking and much more.

                    https://Vialog.fit

Track vials in multiple locations and storage racks. And you can export it and move it to something else, or just use Excel.

@Mydogdaryl423 I believe it can be saved locally and then syncs across devices

@BoxerLover Plus, I'm in tech, and very uncomfortably aware of all the surveillance dirt in this connected world and AI.

So usually any such apps freak me out reg privacy and security. Even in Google sheets I use obscure names used on RUO sites and use a privacy aware browser without any across device syncs. 😂

Any app is a huge privacy and security hole. Security is expensive and difficult with little downside if it's crap... so no one bothers 😢

I have been using Smart Peptide Tracker for about 7 months, premium paid version. The only thing Ill agree with is that the developer is very active in listening to recommendations. However, I believe it's for a reason and that is because he has over inflated the app to where it's no longer friendly to use. It was great in the beginning, absolutely loved it, but the last four months have been nothing short of painful to use. I'm so deep into it that I can't move on, but I personally wouldn't recommend it to anyone anymore.

I have an excel sheet where I track my orders as I place them with the following columns:

Order Date, Vendor Name, Peptide Item, Vial Mass, Quantity, Purchase Price, Total amount purchased, shipping, tax, cost/vial, cost/mg or ml, total cost, Batch/Lot Number, Cap Color, COAs I link to them and save them. I have a column tracking the condition of the vial whether its reconstituted or in storage, and where they are stored.
