I'm currently doing a SS-31, NAD+, MOT-C protocol and wondering if FOXO4-DRI would be useful at the end of it. Wonder any experience or info anyone would share?

Have not run it, but research indicates that it a precursor to the protocol you are running. Have you seen something different?

I was looking into it but decided not to based on concerns about the effect of clearing out stem cells and other senolytic cells that might still serve a purpose or be placeholders. The idea of clearing out senescent cells is compelling, but IMO there are still too many question marks.

There are some folks here who have researched it, with mixed views.

I consider running a short course of it at some point (6 shots in 2 weeks, eod), preceded by Humanin, and followed by plasmapheresis. But it's good to run first a test for your level of senescent cells (like SAβG) before, to see whether you really need it, and after to see if there is a change.

          attentiion is all you need

Agreed, Everything I've read, is that FOX-04 is first.
            Then, SS-31, followed by MOTS-C (w/ CoQ10, B vitamins, L-Carnitine, magnesium) and then NAD+ .
Methylene Blue is optional, after NAD.

There is also the DAV protocol for ,(doxycycline, and azithromycin Vitamin C) for senescent cells .

            And finally: Fisetin and Quercetin

I did Fox. It worked for me, I believe 2mg daily until vial was used up. I felt tired for the first couple of days then a boost of energy. That energy lasted for about two months before fading away. I retreated after three months, very similar effects. A very interesting side effect was that it treated my macular degeneration quite nicely. Apparently Macular Degeneration is driven by senescent cells and Fox being a senolytic it worked. That side effect also faded.

I ran it back in June as the jump off point for my mitochondria stack/cycle. I jumped off all other peptide's except reta for 2-3 weeks prior. Ran 10mg every other day for 3 injections. Then stayed off all other peptides for another 2 weeks. Then jumped right into epitalon, SS-31, then MotsC, then 5amino1Mq(3 days left).

At the time I was really concerned with trying to increase my natural testosterone production. I had read that it dramatically increased testosterone in old mice so I wanted to give it a try. I honestly didn’t feel much at all. I did blood work before, and then a month after and I gained 100pts of testosterone. So for me it was totally worth it, and I’m contemplating running it again in 2027 before I restart the mitochondria stack.

@EXTROPIAN why do you recommend fasting? Does that produce similar results as FOX04-DRI effects?
