    Review

Back and forth with customer service for weeks trying to get CoA, they told me my lot number didn't exist and I sent them a PHOTO of the vial and lot number, and say there are no records for it. NO RECORDS FOR THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED. A material that is dosed in MCG and I have no idea of purity or actual fill. I have requested a call tag for return to them and a refund and they say it has to be approved by senior staff or their attorneys. WTF is going on at this company under the umbrella of Alpha BioMed? Absolutely atrocious. A few hundred dollar problem after I have done $10,000 of business with them. Never again, far TOO MANY amazing RUO vendors to deal with this absolutely unprofessional conduct. I would urge anyone to demand a CoA PRIOR to any purchases, OR, better yet, do business elsewhere.

Vendors are good until they're not. This is one of those situations. It's really unfortunate they are operating like this now.
