I got an email from the telehealth provider that I had been buying Tirzepatide from for several months. They are expanding to start selling NAD+ and Sermorelin, and also sent out a survey about health goals and other peptides I might be interested in buying.

I think it is interesting given the context of crackdowns on compounded GLP-1’s, price drops, potential actions on peptides (for and against) etc. I interpret this as companies being willing to do whatever they can to find and exploit a market.

I understand why they would want to start with NAD+ and Sermorelin, but it also seems a bit of an odd starting point. NAD+ gives you the immediate hit to draw people in, while sermorelin is more like, “Pay is $400/month and in 6 months you’ll feel a little bit better, maybe.”

Please set a funny and sarcastic signature line. It brings me joy. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
