Red Light Therapy and Peptides

I ordered a Red Light therapy multi body pack the beginning of March. It finally arrived, today in fact, was surprised they delivered on a Sunday.
My plan is to use it in conjunction with researching BPC157/TB500 and Cartalax. Primarily for knee OA.
Has anyone tried the Red Light Therapy with peptides?

@myb I'm waaaayyyy behind the times lol Had no idea RLT existed until recently. A classmate of mine, was talking about it, and how it has helped her inflammation. She was spending so much money going to spas for their RLT that she decided to purchase her own booth is what I think she called it. Anyway, I'm hoping for some good results.

@wisgal64 if you want to penetrate bone, or anything 1-2cm past the skin surface, I highly recommend this COB light. The COB lense really concentrates the light. I purchased it in 2020 so I’ve definitely gotten my moneys worth. I use it with a cord and handheld socket purchased separately. Place right against the skin for 15-20 minutes. I use to use it on my senior dog too.
