SLU-PP-332 Dosage

What is the proper dosage protocol for SLU-PP-332? Some vendors sell capsules in 250 to 500 mcg range and I have also seen vendors sell capsules that are either 50 or 100 mg. Something doesn't seem right here
@mtedeschi i think the dosage difference with orals are connected to the fact your stomach acids degrade alot of it. that and your liver doesnt exactly metabolize it 1 to 1.
as for dosages its all over the place. the forum also doesnt have alot of information either. swolverine forum was talking 1 to 5mg. reddit forums talking 350 to 800mcg split per day. peptidedosages said 1250mcg split on a day. hopefully someone more directly experienced with it will chime in. good luck.

Listen to Peptide of The Week podcast. Look for the one with Jay Campbell. He talks about Slu-pp dosing. Basically 1mg or less capsules are pointless.

@quicksilver80 apropos of nothing, but I generally really like the swolverine site. Its info and protocol guidelines are good. I have used them as a starting point for a few things. Iād like it if they added a lot more peps.

@josephbrown I believe Jay says to dose at 100mg. How could one protocol be in 250 micrograms to 1 milligram and another at 100 milligrams? Just confused with this

I've personally researched both capsules and liquid from 50mg to 500mg daily. MILLI-gram.
Various daily timings (split/not split). The liquid hits like a sledgehammer as I posted here in a different thread. It is a very interesting material, I personally have zero interest in doses less than 100mg, and find 200mg-400mg to be very interesting. I stacked it with ATX-304 and found that nice. Stacked with BAM-15, it's too much for this researcher...whew...lol

My gut feeling is it's best to cycle on/off the SLU, I was on for approx 6 weeks, I'm going to take 6 weeks off. Coming from a researcher who does generally NOT believe in "cycling". Shit's potent, I'm going to respect this one.
Careful shoppers can find strong-value cost per mg suppliers with a modicum of effort. Cheers-

My experience, not having much knowledge of biochemisty: Sluup was one of the first peptides I used on my girlfriend's big brown beaver. It was Pure Biolabs 250 mcg capsule - oral. The beaver was sweating profusely at her desk for 5 hours straight. After that I started administering one-half a capsule sublingually and this was perfect. Then I got economical and bought some pure powder off of Amazon, but I remembered mg, not mcg - a 1000x increase under that big brown beaver's tongue. I started feeling fatigued. I think I am parroting Dr. James by saying that Sluup has the opposite effect when you take too much. Keep in mind, too, that I do anything but controlled experiments on my girlfriend's beaver. But my experience is that 250 mcg is a lot and anything more is potentially antithetical. I would suggest if you are taking in the mg range, cycle off for 8 weeks and try 250 mcg or less.

I've noticed the same discrepancy between doses offered.
I've been taking 400 mcg daily for about 5 weeks. I started with 100mcg for a week and then bumped up to 200mcg for 2 weeks before moving up to 400 mcg.
I can feel a little energy bump, especially when I started or if I'm fasting, but it's subtle.
I was prescribed this and received it from a compounding pharmacy along with the above protocol.
I honestly think I'd like try 1mg/daily, but I'm about to cycle off SLU-PP-32 and onto ATX-304.
